  • Julie Bindel speaks to Sall Grover, CEO of the women only app Giggle which has been taken to federal court in Australia. Roxy Tickle - a biological male who identifies as a woman - alleges that they were discriminated against after being removed from the app. It is a landmark legal case which could have implications for the sanctity of female only spaces and for women's rights around the world.

Don't apologize. Wokeness is a "co-opted" movement. Governments and large corporations stir this up and agitate. They use it to control, divide people, and distract us from what the government and corporations are doing that mean much, much more than gender wokeness. We never hear about true human rights violations and environmental degradation. People have been duped into believing that this shit matters. But it is just a ficking shit-show circus.
BTW I am from America and now living in the UK. The rest of the world is stirring this stuff up and using it as a tool of divisiveness and social control. It is being used to undermine human rights globally. Not just women, but all human rights. Don't take responsibility for it. And though at a point, I might have agreed in seeing the US as a villain, I see it as a global corporate movement. Don't forget that people, including teens, in Saudi Arabia can be and have been executed for sending an offensive or critical text. Not an American invention.

Problem is the high costs of any legal action being taken against you. Stay off the radar and they won't target you YET.
It works like this "triangle-song" in times of oppression (assigning a colour to every "crime" imaginable and putting the offenders away in concentration camps with a downward pointing triangle on their clothing to indicate WHY there were imprisoned). The singer never bothers, not belonging to any of the targeted groups. Until getting into the focus too and realizing that nobody was left to alley with 😮
HUMAN Rights should be the first thing on the agenda: the right to associate with the people YOU choose. Like marrying - only one partner (NOT a hate-crime NOT dating random other people).
The righteous activists claim "being intolerant against the intolerant" puts them on moral high-ground... doing the things you claim to fight only makes you a hypocrite. Look at what the people actually DO, before you are judging them: being violent, preaching violence, or applauding violence should all be red flags.
Having a different oppinion or sticking to certain boundaries are issues protected by the idea of free speech. In the heat of the moment some words in formulating your opinion might sound a bit off - anyone is free to question THAT, but never tell anybody to become violent, against people with a different opinion.
Calling for violence IS a hate-crime, blocking people from discouse a questionable and immature move to silence free speech. There ARE laws against certain lies and misinformation: apply the the correct channels to enforce them (don't call the lynch- mob to do as they please).

"Gender" ideology is just a magnet for the WORST men, lured by the special priveleges it grants (eg access to female spaces, where ACTUAL women/girls are most vulnerable), and the protection that "LGBTQ" status gives them...
Which is why, statistically, the men who self-ID as "transwomen" are MORE likely to commit sex crimes than the overall male average; Overall, males are more than 50x more likely to commit a sex crime than a female... But males who self-ID as "transwomen" are almost 4x more likely to commit a sex crime than the male average- So that's almost TWO HUNDRED TIMES more likely, than an real, evidence-based woman...
So the evidence-based stats say that women and girls would objectively be safer, allowing any man who DOESN'T call himself "a transwoman" into their bathrooms and changerooms... That's not my opinion; It's the logical conclusion of the cold, hard data...

They then come to represent the group they are a member of. I am a feminist but see young women scared to call themselves feminists for this very reason, yet it seems like a no brainer to me that, as a woman, you would want equality. I never thought this was a good idea. Men need their own spaces as do women. Equality of rights does not mean trampling on differences. Women are different from men, yet confused equality with uniformity. Women should have stayed out of men's places and protected their own, instead of straying into the murky waters of social engineering. Unfortunately the chickens are coming home to roost. Women were not seeking admission to places where men were vulnerable - where they were naked, to their changing rooms, to their hospital wards, to their hostels, to prisons etc. Much (not all I admit) were to places that were the sources of power and where decisions were being made, often quietly and behind closed doors, by one half of the population but that affected 100% of the population. People don't talk about 'smoke-filled room' for nothing. Exclusion was a secondary way of disenfranchising women, even if that was not the original intention. @@juliacheetham2734 I see your point. So I did a deep dive,
I've looked at 901 replies (at that point CZcams would not let me scroll any further for some reason)
705 supporting her. 175 were none specific (usually someone trying to be funny and not committing to either side of the argument) 21 in support of men in women's areas.
I'm heartened by that. But 21 is 21 too many. so I take your point.
I can say that those 21 are near the top because they get the most comments on them - so the CZcams algorithm keeps pushing them back up as they are getting the most engagement.
The long comment threads on them are people arguing with the OP of the trans supporting post - telling the OP that they are wrong
A quick look at just the first few dozen replies does not reveal the true levels of support.
Again though. I'm shocked that anyone can support such an unfair and clearly manipulative transgression into women's spaces.
We will win this one on the long term. I'm sure of it.
      Good luck:)

Due to American audiences blurring the line between sex & gender, due to their puritanical discomfort with the word sex, as Sall Grover and Julie Bindel begin discussing at 24:15, and others claiming that sex is non binary, when I do my presentations, I've taken to using the terms Genetic Gender (GG) and Gender Identity (GI). I explain that Genetic Genders are biological facts (XY & XX) while Gender Identities are based on feelings, which are highly subjective. While you can feel like GI Joe, GI Jane or GI whatever, your feelings do not change your chromosomes. The fact that this is up for debate is ridiculous. Good luck to you on your legal battle.

They actually ARE mutually exclusive. We cannot coexist as one big happy "community" when they're erasing our language and taking away our gay/lesbian spaces, both online and irl. But they attached themselves to us because they knew they couldn't just come out publicly with their ideology and demands, they needed a Trojan horse. They used the words inclusive, community and diversity as a 3 legged stool to beat us into submission with, and took control of our organizations, language and spaces. For example, GLAAD has, in their latest media style guide, said people shouldn't use "homosexual" anymore because "it's out of date and offensive". They only want language that has no definition. They push umbrella terms that can mean whatever they want it to. And they're trying to turn words that do have specific definitions into umbrella terms. Our needs and goals are completely opposed. Especially when they call us bigots and transphobes for being same SEX attracted, not "same gender". They're against straight people being solely opposite sex attracted as well, but they have to conquer us first and they know it. But hetero hairy men in dresses who demand we call them "lesbians", who coerce young lesbians into sex, are not going to win this.

If a woman, by virtue of wearing trousers and having short hair, said she identified as a man and demanded to join the masons, I don't think she'd get very far. Except women don't want to invade men's spaces.
Perhaps 30 years ago feminists did want access to the facilities enjoyed by men and men only - such as golf clubs. Now that woman commonly have equal access to golf clubs, they don't want to force their way onto men only days, just as men don't want to force their way onto woman only days. It was never about being angry at being excluded, it WAS about having no way to play golf.
Most people of both sexes enjoy spending time with their own sex. There's nothing wrong with this
