Thanks for the video. I was just diagnosed with celiac artery compression syndrome after years of severe health issues and am going in for surgery next week and this helps put in perspective what my surgeon has already told me
Nicole Sharp I think I have a issue when I'm stress I get jabbing pain in my stomach and recently had issues sleeping at night where blood rushed from stomach to heart. what where your symptoms?

@@agboemmanuel8551 yeah the surgery helped the pain alot but unfortunately didn't fix my gastroparesis so I still need nutritional support with a feeding tube

Does the celiac artery not start at the superior end of L1 with the superior mesenterio artery starting at the inferior end of L1?

No, proper hepatic artery is a branch of common hepatic artery.
Qeumars Hamie What he has mentioned is that it either arises from proper hepatic or common hepatic. It has variable origin.
