      misskempsta Yes! The fascia between external oblique and internal oblique = intermediate fascia
      Internal oblique and transversus abdominis = deep fascia

      Johan Puhakka Investing fascia is made up of superficial fascia, intermediate fascia and deep fascia. these are between all the 3 muscles and the fatty layer

    Maybe think of a less violent way to describe passing through the layers of the abdomen. Talking about "inserting a knife" or a needle through the area was a bit disturbing. Otherwise, great video.

      I guess there is no deep fascia ,to facilitate abdominal distention for any reason like pregnancy or respiration or after meals ..etc.
