"Thank you" does not seem like enough to say to express my gratitude for your AMAZINGLY HELPFUL videos!! You are AWESOME!!!!
To add to this great presentation: the serratus anterior can aid inspirationally by elevating the ribs it is attached to by rotating the shoulder blades outwards (which equals a widely expanded ribcage) which is important for esp. classical singers to sustain the neurological (therefore mechanical) pattern associated with physiological vocal function. Cheers.
Great instruction coordinated precisely with the visuals! Looking forward to see more videos by this great expert. The true teaching talent is to make a complex concept to appear very simple.

This is great in helping people outside medical fields to get familiar with their body. I often feel exhausted on the sternum area. I feel sleepy, hard to expand chest and feel difficult to breath when it happens. My heart and lungs had no problem after extensive tests. No doctor gave me a clue. It may be some inflammation on the bone, ligament, muscles in that area.
Thank you so much for this great channel to help us.

Mbbs karre aap ??
Amazing, thank you sir
great work thanks
Thank you! a very useful video
Great video!
Really nice videos! Thanks for all of them! I spoted a little mistake in this one:
The internal intercostal muscles DO HAVE an internal intercostal MEMBRANE as the external intercostal muscles do. But the internal intercostal membrane attaches to the vertebral column (because the run in the opposite direction)
Lovely! But let's not forget the mighty little interchondral part of the internal intercostal muscles that assist in Inhalation. They're crucial for maintaining a singer's noble sternum while singing ;)
Thank u... Great help 🙌
Thanks. This is interesting even for a hobbyist.
Thankyou sir ... You have cleared my concept

Azzura Jasmine I had this stuff in high school, undergrad musculoskeletal anatomy for kinesiology, and grad school ex Physiology. More than you MD.
jrg305 which school nd country
@@jrg305 Some countries don't have undergrad and go straight to grad school after highschool. I guess those are better than you.
@@FeeAlfadhal nah. I have had Physiology more than MDs

.. EXCELLENT .. EXCELLENT .. EXCELLENT .. 👍👍👍
Thank you very much sir
Thank you 👍
Thank you!
I see your marking for intercostalis intimi shows extension till sternum but i believe it is only located in middle 2/4th of intercostal space. The anterior part is contained by Sternocostalis .
Thank you so much for the best explanation ever but you made me sad when you just "mentioned" the other 3 muscles because I needed them in details and I LOVE your explanation and only YOURS so I will still be lost till you get me 😀
thank you!
Superb video
Thanks a lot!!
Amazing 💓
