This was a great ab exercise ! I’ve been tryin to work on my abs. I’ve never seen my abs before! I look everywhere for the right ab workout. This one looks like one for me.

1 exercise i really dont know why doesnt get enough love is this. lay on one of those benches where you can curl ur feet up at the top of ( idk the name dont judge me). get urself a medicine ball, go medium weight and work ur way up as time goes on. lay down with the ball in ur lap, and do crunches but twist side to side while holding the medicine ball.
fkk25 I personally do 3 month training blocks, you want to progressively overload exercises for a decent period of time. Go based on your body though, if you keep progressing keep things the same, if you don’t see progress for 3 weeks than change things up
The L sit knee bent and the incline and the land mine abs are good ones I tried the incline those are killers but now time to step with these certain moves to add
