Minoxidil will basically increase the blood flow to the hair. If you keep using minoxidil, your hair will grow. Finasteride is also a drug that blocks the enzyme that converts Testosterone to DHT. Too much DHT causes scalp hairloss. So combining minoxidil with Finasteride will give amazing results.

This hair fall prevention and hair growth serum by littleeextra reactivate has functioned so well for my hair growth. The serum's modern bottle and spray application bottle make application convenient. After using it for a few weeks, I've observed a significant reduction in hair loss and damage. My hair feels more stonger and looks healthier overall. I've even seen some new regrowth in areas where my hair was thinning.
What sets this serum apart is its ingredients known for boosting hair growth and density. Overall, I highly recommend the Serum to anyone looking to boost the thickness and health of their hair.

It is important to add that for most people fighting hair loss, finasteride is the most important thing to use, because it actually addresses the root cause of male pattern baldness (sensitivity to DHT). Without something like finasteride, you will continue to lose hair even with minoxidil. Minoxidil will only show the balding but will not stop or reverse it.
Also instead of microneedling, which has a possibility to lead to infection and damage to the scalp if not done properly, there is something else you can use that does what microneedling does for minoxidil but is much safer and has hair grown benefits of its own. What I am talking about is something called tretinoin. For more information on everything I just said, there is a great video from the Haircafe channel that I will link to below..

Yeah finasteride is by far the key. Unfortunately there is little research on the side effects.
High numbers of fertility issues, depression, and libido drop have been reported. But we don’t have data on how common they are.
Even the best routine of minoxidil, needling, saw palmetto, anti fungal, etc will stop hair loss at best. Hair loss is fairly easy to stop, but almost impossible to grow back.

Guys I can speak out of experience. I had noticed a balding spot, which still had hair but was visibly thinning. It got to a point where it was very visible and I started using finasteride, minoxidil and dermarolling. I have even pics where in 4 months everythingiterally grew back and no balding spot was visible. I kept using finasteride and minoxidil, but stopped the dermarolling. It started to kind of bald again and now I started derma rolling. I think dermaroller is the most important one, because I saw in 1 study where they did mono therapy of both and the dermaroller group had way better regrowth than the minoxidil group. The difference was around 70%. I had the best regrowth when I dermarolled everyday. Just make sure it doesnt hurt. For spots that are harder to roll over without hurting, you should just lightly tap those areas without rolling.

So what I did was use it a couple times a week and wash it out after a couple hours instead of leaving it in overnight. One thing to keep in mind as well is if it is helping minoxidil work for someone minoxidil always causes a shed towards the beginning.

I could literally not feel the top of my penis, at all.
I did get alot of other sides as well, but they disappered rather quickly. The numbness and ejaculation problems however persisted for about 12 months. I did feel horrible during that time and I'll NEVER touch Finasteride again.

Will take a year to grow the hair back that is short now. Not worth it, unless you are bald already. You will also shed tons of hair where your hair is already thin when you use this serum. I learned this too. Now my hair shed and is 20 times thinner than it was. Not just an uneven hair line now. Now hair shed an inch back into my hair line. I may end up having to cut bangs when my hair length was inches under my chin 😖😩😭 so be sure to look up all side effects of anything you use. I stopped using it but hair is still shedding. Hello, I have considered using creatine too but decided not to and here’s why. I am currently taking finasteride and recently started minoxidil too. Finasteride works as a long term solution by putting a block on the DHT production. Creatine however, increases DHT. Though the scientific studies show no evidence that creatine increases hair loss, there are so many people coming forward and saying they noticed lost ground since creatine.
I wouldn’t recommend it, especially if you are not already on a DHT blocker like Finasteride. However, if you are still wanting to do it, take Dutasteride (stronger Finasteride) along with it to suppress even more DHT since creatine will try to produce more of it.

Yeah… this isn’t exactly accurate but there’s not a lot of data either.
Over the first six months to a year, minoxidil can purge weak hair, and even cause growth, and then cause those hairs to die. This is part of the process. Unfortunately the problem with minoxidil is that people don’t use it correctly since it takes so long.
Minoxidil alone only works in about half of people, however again the studies are limited. Minoxidil ALWAYS, needs to be combined with micro needling and anti fungal shampoo.
AVOID ANY DANDRUFF SHAMPOO WITH THE SELINIUM ACYIVE INGREDIENT. This will cause hair loss.
You want pyrithione zinc, and ketoconozle. Ideally use both, but most shampoo has one or the other.
In addition, an oral and topical saw palmetto supplement is essential. Probably the strongest over the counter DHT blocker.
I recommend the gummies, plus a shampoo that contains saw palmetto.
The key is consistency. Stock up on a years worth of all this and get in the habit.
If you’re losing hair quickly, finasteride is really the only thing that works almost 100%.
Micro needle should not be a roller. I like the manual stamp because it’s cheap and consistent.
Keep in mind none of this will likely grow much new hair. Especially in the front pattern baldness area. But it can be highly effective at stopping loss.
Finasteride is the only thing that will probably get some good results-growth.

@nuudelz3711 What almost everyone fails to realize is that it's basically genetics and health. I'm 37 with two older brothers whom both went bald mid 20's. My father went bald in his mid 20's as well, and my mother's father went bald in his 20's. I figured I was doomed. However I've lived an entirely different lifestyle than all of them. They weren't fat or out of shape by any means. They were average and sometimes in great shape. My father actually worked out all his life. However, my dieting/self care and workout regimen was way beyond theirs. Years went by where I didn't cheat. You can fight genetics and form better genes. The biggest thing to prevent hair loss is cardio. Jog/run 5x a week- dripping in sweat. Then get a good sleep that night. Do that with a good diet and you're set.
