@@Adam-M1 It went well 1950 grafts DHI method with no shave. Didn’t have crazy thinning just a little recession in the front. Similar experience to Brett’s girlfriend’s Dad. No pain at all the only thing is that I had crazy swelling on my face. Super nice people there definitely recommend.

First was very conservative and followed his advise when I could’ve gone lower but eh I’m not feeling the fantasy anymore I want to get a more “feminine “ rounded line u hope can be more collaborative with design there should be an app for showing what certain amount of graphs spaced ect you can input and drawl and see what it will actually look like mine isn’t as strong as it looked 1/2 years after I had it done may be due to friction and bad self care /diet on my part doc is an axing shoutout to dr William Lindsy for doing great work the best and why he has a world map in his office with pins all over it from people coming straight to him in America .. and his CZcams channel which he shows hd video Md before and after not to mention interviews and educational stuff he should be more known thanks for changing my life and being the coolest most ethical and understanding doc ever

I went to this clinic in early may 2024 to get my hair transplant and beard transplant. I'm from Canada so the total cost with air plane tickets + the operation was around 7000 CA$. I waited 5 years for this operation, while saving up money. I'm very glad I did it, my hair line was similar to Brett. The funny thing is, when you do beard transplant, the follicles on the neck are much stronger than the ones on your head, so the hair on the beard doesn't fall off and after 3-4 weeks, your beard look amazing. But now my hair on the head are slowing coming back...

I was in Instanbul getting my beard transplant this month from the 8th until the 10th, it was my dream to get a proper beard, not the patchy one I had, now 14 days after the procedure, I am playing the long game of waiting for the results, hoping for your eventual "I got a beard transplant" video! I have a lot of hair underneath my jaw line, but my beard above the mandible is sparse and scraggly like Keanu Reeves. Enjoy it while it lasts. There is no real guarantee that you won't lose it in the future. I also have plenty of hair, but my hairline is kinda shit. I have monitored it for a couple of years now and it hasn't recessed any, but it hasn't grown back. I looked at childhood and teenage photos and I realized that I never had a good hairline to begin with. I just didn't pay attention to it back then. 😅 Is there any signs of balding in your family? If so, then I think you should monitor your hairline and if you notice any thinning, then start minoxidil and stuff like that.
You will also be depressed when you start greying. Start boasting when you reach 40s with no greying and full head of hair. It is easy to look good in 20s and 30s. Nothing to boast about at that age.

He will need to after having this procedure because if you don't, you will continue to recede and be left with gaps between your transplanted hair and natural hair.

I'm from Europe, i had TWO as well in the time of 15 Months, and can recommend you to do it if you think about it. It unironically change your Live forever. Even if it's just a small one so you be like : i'll go there in 10 years.. No. Do it. It's cheap anyways, in 10 years you might have couple new Spots to fix and if you do it now, you look like 10years younger. I went to another Clinic at the End but i think about going to the one in the Video as well.

I may be doing the same next year. In high school my hair was so long that it would get in my eyes after two months of growth. I could do any hairstyle I wanted back then. Unfortunately, the men in my Mom’s family all bald in their 20’s, and now at 27 years old the only haircut I can pull off is a crew cut due to hair loss. Thankfully Minoxidil and finasteride have kept me from getting too bad, but they can only do so much. People don’t understand that they only cause amazing regrowth results for hyper responders. Otherwise, they just help you keep what you have. Same with derma rolling. Looking forward to a transplant in Europe.

I think according to some other transplant patients Ryan will need 2-3 Hair Transplants and he will have all his hair back with an upgrade. Dr Zarev has done way more complicated stuff compared to Ryans case or the most famous case online from dr Ferreira on the youtuber patient Rolandas. He had even worse case then Ryan,took about 2 Hair Transplants year by year and now all looks amazing. Dr Mwamba also has on an European dude who was norwood 7 by 25,did 3 transplants in a row,year by year and now looks like a Rockstar with his tattos. Hope Ryan will read this ! Keep hope and PATIENCE,medical treatment and you will be and feel like a new person ;-) !! Cheers !

Very curious to see a follow up on how his beard looks. Never heard of them taking grafts from the beard area. I would think he would have scaring down there and the hairs will grow in all wiry or thicker than normal hair. Keep us posted!

I actually had a DHI but I've all so had the grafts placed with forceps. DHI was much more invasive and left me much more swollen but think about the process DHI involves an implanter pen being forced into your scalp

Brother, don’t get a beard transplant. If you want a better beard just use minoxidil foam and a derma roller every 1-2 days for 6-12 months. If you don’t have results then, you can look into it, but I would start with the cheaper, more natural. and just as effective method that I listed here. For more info look up videos on Austin Dunham’s channel. Wish you the best man. 🤝
Is it better to get a transplant earlier or later in life? Like, if you get it in your 30s will the hair be more healthy vs to getting it at your gf’s dad’s age.
In my case, I used Dutasteride and minoxidil for 5 months and cover similar lack of hair from back of my head without transplant. i'm 35. but even for a transplant, usually dermatologist give this kind of drugs and topics to reduce the amount of grafts in 40%/50%. The number of graft is so big . it's kind of weird to not hear anything of this drugs in the vid. I understand that it's business or propaganda, but still, consult your dermatologist before any procedure. Cheers!

@mit832 I used Dutasteride (similar to finasteride) and minoxidil topic for 5 months with very good results. Exceeded my expectations. There are a lot of missinformation about side effects. I had no side effects. But don't trust me, check Dr Oscar Muñoz Moreno-Arrones channel, it's in spanish, but auto traslate probably work. It's an expert dermatologist [Spanish professional] regarding alopecia. He could give you another perspective. good luck!

I've been taking fin for 8 months. Hair is no longer receding and no side effects. Stop being a baby and take the drug. There's a pretty low chance of experiencing side effects.

I have the same balding pattern as this guy (NW 4 Vertex), and same age more or less, I will never have HT after checking this industry for years, and just shaved my head. The prob with HT is that you must continue to take finasteride or you will lose the existing (non transplanted) hair, and for me it's a no-go. Also it never ends with one HT, this guy will need another massive HT on his crown, and it's may not be the last HT. Regarding quality, Serkan is not in the top to say the least, HDC Cyprus for example is top and will cost more but not much, there are many other much better option then Turkey in Europe (Bisanga, Feriduni etc), for some reason these guys went to Turkey, a mistake imo. Brett's results are not the best, they simply used too many grafts in his case in the front so it looks dense, including grafts with more then one hair in the front which a top clinic will never do. Keep in mind that with Serkan you have no idea who is the doctor and the staff, they can be interns, it is simply a fancy place, which should never be a consideration, only work quality and pro recognized surgeon and his clinic.
Edit - adding this - he had a mega session of 4800 grafts, a big risk to the donor area and also too many grafts for one session. Normal session should be max 3000 grafts, you never use so many grafts before checking the results one year later. This guy may not have enough grafts for the next session/s. A recognized clinic will use less grafts, taking into account that the donor has limited amount of grafts, and that over harvesting may cause many issues, including scarring, damage to existing grafts and noticeable unreversible thinning for the area and in such case you would wish you never had a HT.

Awesome. So they took from his beard and chest? I have to look up this new method. There is a new movement for hair cloning, but the one right now says you have to have hair sort of splice in the clone hair. I said why can’t they just clone Hair in a dish and then just implant those.
