This is the first time I am purchasing one of these palettes - I chose the leopard and used a $15 coupon to help justify the cost. $75 is still a lot of money for a face palette, but the finishes are beautiful and I know I will get a lot of use out of it. It’s also beautifully to look at, inside and out. 😊
I'm so thrilled you picked up the snake palette! It is an all round winner.I find the ambient lighting palette to be especially forgiving on textured skin,which for me, is the icing on the cake.

I have tons of makeup, and I always find myself going back to my Hourglass palettes. So user friendly and always looks beautifully understated. I do think if you have one palette, you don’t need others as they are pretty similar. This one might be the exception! 😂❤
I had serious FOMO when I missed out on the Elephant last year. This year, I wasn't going to sleep on it and ran to the Ulta website and got Leopard. It's my first HG palette and I couldn't be happier with it. So beautiful!!!!! 💜

I bought an Hourglass palette 5 years ago. I finished 2 face powders in 12 months, finished the 2 bronzer shades by 18 months and I’m STILL using the 2 blushes to this day. They’re the never ending blushes. Of course I have other blushes, but the other powders were pretty much the only ones I used. They’re absolutely beautiful palettes. I can’t afford them anymore, but I would get the Jellyfish if I could. ❤

This was my first time buying the Hourglass holiday palette. I had enough Ulta points to cover the cost. I LOVE IT! I use it for my whole face. Would be a great travel palette. I got the Jellyfish palette.

I chose the Owl pallette as well and I was so conflicted between the medium and the deeper pallette, I went with the Medium. I honestly LOVED it. It was fabulous. The only thing is if I could have just got the bronzer from the deeper pallette instead, but the medium one still works. I am happy.

I’m a dark, oily skinned lady who loves makeup, always have since I was 13 and not allowed to wear it. I trust your videos completely and love that you comment on “deeper skin tone” friendly, texture, oily, dry etc. Please keep up the excellent work! I chose the exact same one. Those blushes really had me and I figured I could use the others on my eyes if it was too deep for my light/medium skin. They are all so lovely!
I picked up the jellyfish pallet and I love it! It’s my first Hourglass pallet. I have no Hourglass complexion products, so I thought the jellyfish was a good choice. Good morning Emily! If I only buy one holiday makeup item, it’s always an Hourglass palette. I adore them! I got the same owl and shade 3 option as you. 😊 I also got the Jellyfish couldn’t help myself. I use these all the time as an all over face and eye palette for quick looks for work a lot. Radiant light is so good to buff everything in if you go too hard with any other bronzer or blush. I’m reaching for these daily with any look. They really know how to make powders. I purchased the Leopard palette when there was a 20% flash sale a few weeks back. I figured that was a sign to purchase my first Hourglass palette. I enjoy it very much. I use it on my eyes as well. Love the versatility. I bought the lippies, too! They are gorgeous!
I absolutely love, love, love the blush! You can't put to much on! You do blush the way I do blush! 😊 I also enjoy using face palettes as eyeshadow!
I am personally skipping these because I have 4 others from previous years and just now I'm finishing up just one 😁 so I have plenty. That being said, I recently traveled with one of them and it worked great!! It was wonderful to grab one, and not having to think about what else I need since all is in that one palette plus their quality is always one of the best out there in my opinion. 😎
I have the Ghost Edit (was that the name?) and have used it quite a bit but it barely looks like I’ve made a dent. It will last me until I die.

The Jellyfish is my jam, even though I have both finishers, but I know I like them, so this is a dream for travel. The highlight is next level, the bronzer is warmer than I like, but still beautiful, and the blushes are very different from each other, and both beautiful. Very happy with my palette. LOVE your marshmallow headband!

I’ve always wanted one of these palettes for years. It was out of my price ranges and always got snatched up when it went on sale after the holidays. This year, used my points at Ulta and got the leopard palette. I’m still playing around with it but so far I’m really enjoying it!

I am shocked that the Owl packaging hasn’t sold out yet. It’s the cutest one! I got the Elephant palette last year, so I already have dim light. I don’t have any Hourglass products except me blush that I got in a FabFitFun box, and the Elephant palette from last year. I just wanted the Opal highlighter, that’s why I got the Jellyfish palette with the Owl packaging.

I also went with the snake palette for the inside! I loved the three new blushes. I also didn’t have that shade bronzer or highlight so five new shades for me!! Yay!

Love my hourglass palettes but this year was not planning on picking one up because same as you mentioned i have many of the shades used in the lighter two palettes. I thought the snake palette would be too deep on me but hey you worked it! I am tempted to get it to add new richer shades to my collection!

I use the ambient powders as eyeshadows. They are so natural looking on the lids. I especially like dim light as a blending crease shade on my fair skin. I wonder if im the only person doing that 😆

I think I mentioned that I picked up the Hourglass holiday palette in a previous video of yours. I have a few single powders in my collection, but never bit the bullet for the larger palette. I got “palette 2” in the custom Owl packaging. It is absolutely stunning artwork and the product inside for me is exquisite. I’ve hit pan on my dim light which this palette includes, so I have a brand new one. The highlight shade is gorgeous, and doesn’t emphasize texture. It doubles as a lid shade, and that combined with the bronzer has been my daily for quick eye looks! I call it my PTO mom look! The blush shades and bronzer are perfection for my skin tone, and I didn’t have any of those in my collection. So this palette was a total win for me and probably the best $90 I’ve ever spent. Every product works together beautifully, smooth and buttery, understated, yet noticeable. I always feel sophisticated and chic, elegant and put together when I use this palette, and I have used it literally every day since it arrived.

I can't fault the quality of the Hourglass powders, but They 👏 Need 👏 To 👏 Get 👏 It 👏 Together. Every product looks like it is within the same two depth levels (fair to light) and there isn't a lot of differentiation in the shades. If you have one, you're good. For the amount of investment the company makes in nonrecyclable, prestige packaging, they need to expand their understanding of color and depth. My word. Sorry, this just gets me so irritated. I still love you bunches!!!

This is my first Hourglass pallet purchase so i got 2! I am quite fair so I got the Jellyfish colorway but in the snake packaging (to go with the brush) because I knew I would travel with that the most. I also got the snake colorway in the Owl packaging. I wore it yesterday and it is beautiful! Just need a light hand for us Fair girls.

I got the leopard palette and I love it. I don’t have anything else from Hourglass except the mascara so I didn’t have to worry about duping my own collection at all!
These palettes are so good and last a long time. I got one about 4 years ago and I just hit pan on the bronzer this year lol. Granted, I don't use it everyday because I have a variety of products I bounce between. I really want another one and I love the owl too. If I were to get one I'd get the owl with the medium shade palette.

I decided to do the custom owl case with the lightest tone palette ! I only own one other palette and felt it was too deep and the finishing powder was too dark and blushes were not up to par for my liking . I definitely enjoy this palette and I do love the highlighter ! And I’m glad I’m able to use two finishing powders that work for me and I get to see what other people rave about !
You accomplish more at 5:30 in the morning then I do by noon 😂 You’re amazing. I did go with the leopard palette this year. I loved the snake, but I’m so fair skinned, it just didn’t seem to make sense with how little I’d have to use, if I could use it at all! I didn’t mind the two repeats from the elephant palette since I use them all the time still and can take either palette to travel with and not feel like I’m missing the bronzer and dim light, that I use all the time!
