First week working for a LUXURY CHOCOLATE brand in FRANCE | Oxford University student year abroad

This is a vlog for my first week working for a French luxury chocolate brand in Provence. As a customer services assistant I've had to respond to emails, phone calls and online chats to make sure people get what they ordered! Enjoy!
