I just want to point out too, that during the whole Smollett thing in Chicago, it was one of the coldest winters. It was around -30° at 2am. I think they called it an artic cyclone. There was also a weather advisory during the day time too.
There were a lot of jokes saying subway is not that good to risk your life in that kind of weather.

I can't understand what the expected outcome was 😂😂😂, like bruh was he expecting the world to take his word for it and just exalt him as some martyr for the LGBTQ community and not look into it to be like hol up this doesn't add up
It was around when the whole Black Lives Matter movement was gaining traction and so he wanted to further his political/cultural/societal agenda by garnering fake sympathy for himself. Talk about a backfire 😂🤷♂️
It was during BLM and it was to gain support because he was being written off the show and wanted to try gain fake through racial issues. It's sad because racial tension was very high around that time (still is) and him doing that could have devastating results if he got away with it. Thank God he is an idiot and continued to bring it up and called himself the "gay Tupac"
So what happened about the Aubry thing was that there was reports of homes being broken into in that neighborhood, Aubry was jogging and looked into a place that was being worked on (shouldn't have done that BUT doesn't mean to chase and kill him for it.) The old man (the father I think?) saw him so it and ran inside and told his son and I guess the other guy was a friend? Anyways, told them he saw Aubry breaking into the place so they grabbed their shot gun (for no fucking reason) , got in their car and chased this poor man down. Aubry had no idea why he was being chased and ran for his life cause he was obviously scared, the three asshole scum people tried to "do a citizen arrest" or whatever after the cornered Aubry, without explaining anything and I *believe* when Aubry tried to run away cause he was obviously scared, they shot him and killed him.
It's so disgusting and they deserve jail time, not death, because I want them to suffer and not get the easy road. And sure people can say "well the son and friend didn't know, the father told them he saw Aubry steal" but that doesn't excuse shooting him with a shot gun and killing him. They might have not known but MIND YOUR OWN FUCKING BUSINESS, this could have ALL been avoided if the father minded his own business or if you think he was the robber to atleast call the police instead.
Those disgusting trash wanted to kill a person of color because they are racist pigs. Hope they rot in jail.

The two guys were work out coaches I think that was from the show to keep Jessie in shape. Also after it came out it was those two there was video of them going into a hardware store and buying rope and other things that Jessie said was used to attack him. I believe the guys turned on Jessie to not get as much time as Jessie.
