Almost impossible. The "titanic" are $69.99 each, as are the "spirit of America"... it'd be brutally expensive in CA to put this together piece by piece.

I've had poor luck with TNT assortments in the past- too much paper, compared to how much pyro is actually in the items, and too many items that all have the same effect. They do have some nice single items, though- they just don't put them in the assortments.
brian de la cruz this is only fountains. Go to a real firework store and buy mortar shells and cakes. The go in the air and make a loud and colorful explosion and cost way less and are 22 times better
$120. Most of those huge fountains don't last more than 40 seconds. Titanic and Spirit of America, both being so big, should last at least 2 minutes but they both barely make the one minute mark.

Can you possibly cite any sources for your information, such as fireworks suppliers who "don't care, and will leave the law part up to you"?

We went a few days ago to a TNT super center in PA and they were selling the updated version of this for $2400, promoting it as buy one get one free. Not even buy one get 30 free would justify spending that much on this! TWENTY FIVE HUNDRED MAN. I was dead. We walked out and went to a cheaper place instead and got better fireworks there.
