I added them all up and came up with about $540 if all of these items were purchased individually. A lot of items included in this assortment will be BOGO this year, which significantly reduces the price per firework for these items (e.g. Moondance Premier and Hasta La Vista Baby are both BOGO at $24.99 for two. Serenity and Luminescence will also be BOGO. Dragon Slayer is BOGO still too as it has been in years past. The only thing this assortment has going for it is that you may be able to get some items that are no longer sold individually in California. I don't remember seeing Flying Stars, Night Owl, Alpha Wolf, or Bonsai Pipeline at stands last year. Price Breakdown based on 2017 prices where possible, otherwise I estimated based on previous years: Night Owl x2 ($14 x 2) = $28 Mystical Magic = $9 Twilight Magic x2 = $15 (previous BOGO item) Lucky Leprechaun = $10 Morning Glory x2 = $10 (BOGO item) King of Bling = $15 Killer Bee = $4.50 Phlash Phinish = $19 Dragon Slayer x2 = $10 (BOGO item) Firecracker Fountain x2 ($11 x 2) = $22 Hasta La Vista Baby! ($25/2) = $12.50 (BOGO item) Alpha Wolf = $25 Flying Stars = $15 Moondance x2 = $7 Peacock Tail = $36 Serenity ($18/2) = $9 (BOGO item) Brew HAHA = $36 Luminescence ($18/2) = $9 Vibrant Voltage = $25 Funky Monkey = $25 Moondance Premier ($25/2) = $12.50 (BOGO item) New York Harbor = $50 Apache Firedance Premier = $50 Dragon's Tears = $30 Cuckoo Fountain x2 ($3.50 x 2) = $7.00 Bonsai Fountain = $40 - $50 Total = $531.50 - $541.50 A couple of these may be a couple bucks off, but it's still not going to be anywhere near $600 worth of fireworks. Phantom should definitely reduce the price on this. *Edited to add this assortment does come with the Coral Reef Fountain, which is a $50 fountain if purchased individually. So, it's close to $600 with that included.
Still, though, I always thought that buying assortments should be CHEAPER than buying the individual products, so if anything, the total cost of this assortment should be significantly LESS than if buying the products singly; in short, not a very good deal, and I didn't even see this assortment at Phantom of Hinsdale, NH.
It’s so funny and ironic how the TNT Fireworks “Big Bang” bundle you also unboxed is $100 less, this is $600, but the TNT bundle is $500, but the TNT bundle has more fireworks but costs less, there’s probably less in this Phantom Fireworks bundle because the fireworks are bigger 🤣
We can also order fountains online that have showers of sparks and crackles that can easily go over 10 ft and still get away with it because they also have the Safe & Sane seal ;).
I don't care if this is $600 here in California. I bought this assortment last year and it was the best. I highly prefer this over the Big Bang as there are less and much bigger and better fountains in here - a lot of grand finales. Now I buy phantom over TNT but I still get a couple of individual grand finales from TNT such as the Allegiance and Centennial XL. I think TNT has better grand finales but Phantom better assortments and products in general. The Backyard Bash is the best assortment you can get in California...
Unbelievable for the increased price compared to past years that they have foam and cardboard spacers taking up space rather than filling those spaces with items like ground blooms and friendship fountains etc to make it a truly balanced assortment. Plus many of the fountains in this one are imposter single or two tube loads like the firecracker fountain. The 2017 reworks on the Phantom assortments almost make the TNT assortments seem comparable now. Disappointing.
Something that could be said about the spacers, is that those add a layer of protection to keep the items from getting damaged while in shipment to stores, and then being shifted around while stocking in the stores. I got an $800+ assortment this year, and many of the items were damaged, because they didn't use spacers at all in that assortment.

AA89GTA oh thanks what about the big bang?

Hey guys how much do you think this assortment would cost with tax???? My guess is 650 for the backyard bash???
@@drinkmilk380 he can't do the big bang because only 2 items in it you can buy separately which is purple rain for 6$
Y'all forgot tax
Holy crap that has a few dollars more than TNT’s big bang
You got ripped off bro. You should check out excaliburs and goliath boxes. And look for 500gm cakes
They are illegal where he lives
Look at all that space they could’ve used to throw in novelty items but they rather put that styrofoam
Ik there is a huge plate of styro phoam where they could of easily put another 500 gram fountain!!!
They should at least add in Lightning flash like TNT
But instead I’m stuck trying to burn Styrofoam
You’re going to have fun lighting those special exclusive styrofoam fountains
Why comment this on a 3 year old video wich he clearly already lit them all? 🤦🏻♂️
Jesus Gomez why not🤷🏽♂️
Finally, keep up the great work your firework videos are the best!
$600 for all of this and the fountains seem really cool! Have you priced out what it would cost if you bought each fountain separately?
It’s not as bad as a deal I thought it was
fireworks are badass
Seems like you have experience with various fountains. What are you top 10 favorite fountains you would recommend?
Nice assortment

Nice my favorite is the dragons tears fountain 🤙🏼👌🏼
What do you think this assortment would cost with tax? ??? I'm buying but I only have 650???? Do you think I can buy it because idk the tax cost
Is this all fountains?
Chris Flaherty ii

@@JesusGomez-ob2qt You calling me an idiot? I didn't do anything, I still love doing safe and sane fireworks and not get busted by the cops, pinche.

Yep i found out fountains with the old phantom logo are better
tbh thats alot of money
I wish i had these fireworks in Virginia it is so illegal and so stupid that in Virginia you cant light anything without a permit.
I wouldn't even pay $250 for those "fireworks"
Yuu Sonoda sad
Dude you got ripped off...
Jesus Gomez no tnt is trash 100% never get tnt assortments
Just buy illegal fireeorks
Man tnt and phantom are expensive and rip you off for your money everyone blackcat is much more better and cheaper
I love tnt but it's sooooooo true my man
@@waterminerals6981 go to Dfs only place in California that sells black cat and showtime fountains
Alot of space wasted with styrofoam smh
