What keyboard are you using??

Press and hold the memory bank button, then while still holding it, touch any of the memory numbers you wish to save it to.
Then power off your keyboard from the power off button and power it "On" back. ( Do not switch off by pulling off your adapter, it may not get save after you switch on).
Switch off from the power button.
After you've switched back on the keyboard, touch the memory number you saved to. You should find your voice.
