Wow Brad, he didn't answer your question and said alot of nothing, but mad props to you for stepping up and trying to ask logic of the illogical! I'd not have played flag football with him though and asked why we didn't take Clingan and fix our defense personally. I've gotten old enough though where I know better than to worry about making someone feel alittle uncomfortable to get an answer. Maybe ask what the mindset is when trying to make 2/3 your team SF's? Like did he think SF meant "Super Fantastic"?

Those picks translate to very late 1st rndrs! Might as well be 2nd rnd high picks since they belong to play-off teams and swapping favoring the others involved and not us! 😮💨 We gave away more to get Saddiq Bey! 5 2nd rnd picks are atleast 5 in potential rather than 2 failed bench players and 2 - 1st rnd 24-30 picks!! WOW! Atleast we bailed ourselves out with the Griffin for Nikola trade...😤 Sorry to be the truth teller here... I don't live in Candy Land and I'm calling what I've been seeing. This front office is tearing it down thinking they can do better.... We trade Trae and I'm done other than pure heckling. I hope Zaccharie works out, love his attitude, hunger, and grittiness. He's from a culture that isn't as entitled as ours so I think he'll be better than Hunter in long run, but know Clingan is gonna punish us and the league for dropping him.

How many folks would have rather seen the Hawks draft Sarr over Risacher? I see Sarr as being a potential Keivin Garnett with a decent 3 pointer and I see Risacher has more of a Harrison Barnes.
I'd have taken Sarr as well even if it was just to trade back for more, but as Jabba The Hutt said best about our front office..... "You weak minded fools"!😆

Nikola looks like our future athletic trainer! In an avg strength draft class he probably goes undrafted... and Landry couldn't "live" without him stating he "needed" to get him..... Either he's crazy or...... Crazy Genius! By the last 2 yrs sample size though, I'm going with the latter!

so far we've wasted this opportunity to improve. Stupid pointless trade. Unless Griffin had a debilitating issue, then this trade was bordering "intentionally tanking" our team! Griffin had strong rookie season and NBA experience. Was picked 1st rnd pick 16 and traded for 2nd rnd 44. Honestly, I don't see how this helps at all, only how it digs the hole deeper! Unless they needed 4mil cap space to get Nurkic or Iannis, this was another dumb move! 1/2 the players in any draft become obscure and fall out... we just gave up someone young with proven ability for what?? A G-league project? I think Landry and Ressler are getting their sports advise from Biden!

yes, because the past 2 seasons have been going in the right direction.... you totally have a valid point. Our defense isn't better with Hunter either, if you watched this past season's, game for game, he gives up ALOT. I get "defense" doesn't always show up in the stat sheet, but some of it does! He's at his prime and is avging .7 steals/ .3 blocks/ 4.5rbnds at 6'8"! I know alot more than you think @trenolley5265. And our defense rated near last last season w/o Griffin, so he's not the reason it's bad! Either Quin isn't as good as Utah's situation made him look or the front office isn't giving him what he needs which in either case it's not the players fault, it's what they've got to work with. Brings us back to drafting for needs to fix our weaknesses.

Paying insane rates in Ohio to watch ATL play losing seasons after touching the NBA Conference Finals then blowing out Travis to try and steal his credit.
