Pick 7 foot 2, 265lb Donovan Clingan who fills an immediate need with the Hawks. Rebounds & Rim Protection are huge. The last time the Hawks overthought the NBA draft they traded Doncic away for 2 picks. If the Hawks really think they have the Franchise player in Trae Young & really believe Murray is the #2 you go for the pick that can have an immediate impact & thats Donovan Clingan.
What about a trade down to get us clingan and knecht?
Richaser is more like Josh Childress than he is Hunter/Reddish

I'll say it, DeAndre hunter is very fluid. This DeAndre Hunter Disrespect has to stop. I'll die on this hill. Luka Torched us to the tune of 70+ Points without Dre. The next time we played Dallas with Dre available, not only did we win, but Luka barely had 20 points....and Kyrie played as well and he didn't in the first game where we got torched. When we played NY in the playoffs Nate featured Dre with the 1-3 switch and Dre ATE. If we featured a 1-3 PnR more Dre would kill...And what plays does Quin even run?
I’ve talked (many times) about Hunter being one of the best defenders on Luka in the league. That doesn’t make him a fluid athlete. And he’s certainly not someone to run a ton of PNR for on offense. Numbers bear that out over 5 seasons.
@LockedOnHawks I agree with you, but I've gotta die on my hill Brad(Drago Voice 😂) Dre, isn't fluid all the time I'll admit but he does have Fluid moments periodically. That's my guy though💪🏽 Also, I wasn't referring to you specifically in regards to the Dre disrespect. I was moreso venting my frustration with the Fanbase and how they value Dre overall. Alex Sarr at OTE.. he learned how to bang. He got a lot stronger there and learned to play an American style. There is footage out there from that time. It definitely benefitted him. The evidence of this is how he dominated against the G-League Ignite this past season. Sarr has the highest upside and has the Skills+Size draft him and figure the rest out later. Okongwu is 6'8 Sarr will start at Center.
My Projected Opening Night Starting Lineup:
1) Trae Young
2) Brandon Ingram
3) DeAndre Hunter
4) Jalen Johnson
5) Alex Sarr
Five-Out offense with Trae Insulated on Defense due to us having superior size and Athletcisim at every other position 💪🏽

If Sarr don't respect the organisation, we don't select him. Let him play at Wizards and find out his future there. Risacher can contribute straight away at day one. Select him.
Clingan is the best fit, Sarr is the highest potential for bust in my opinion. I don't know what to make of Risacher. One minute I think is the best player in the draft, the next minute I want no part of him. Trading back and drafting Clingan would be fine with me.
Why clingan over edey?
@DamarcusGibson Edey is slow. I see him as an inability in pick roll situations. I'm not convinced his game translates to the NBA. If this was 1985, I'd be all for drafting him early.

You guys don’t understand the reasoning you really don’t here’s what you don’t understand. I’ve tried to explain to you Hawks fan many times the hawks you guys are winning them to win you don’t want to rebuild. They don’t want to rebuild is gonna take time to develop you don’t have the time and if the Hawks draft he will end up being Kwame Brown, is that what you want But because he was on a team that was trying to win they never gave him time to develop the game he needed to that’s why his team doesn’t want to go into Atlanta because they want him to be able to develop a winning situation from himself is a developing team. They’re not looking to win right now. They’re looking to develop talent as much time as it can for the future three or four years from now where your hawks are trying to win now because they have trade Youngin his prime reasoning, they know it’s gonna take time for him to develop his office a side of the game. That’s the reasoning you’re better off driving Richard or Kling it or trading the pic and getting a veteran guy in there who could help you win now

@@sirian4519 no he does have to be ok the issue with Kwame Browne as the wizard and lakers try to win and never took time truly develope him the prober way he need and that why end be way he was he was 18 as well and so fact hawks doing the same thing it wouldn’t be wise for him or hawks , it better for him go to team like the wizards that will give time and help him develop his skills now not say he will develop his skills fully because there’s a chance he’ll only ever ever be a OK defense player but if he goes to place like Washington, it gives them the better chance to hit that’s the point if the hawks wanna win they’re better off if they’re looking for a center drafting clan because the best case scenario he’s Mark Eaton worst case scenario he’s Greg Ostertag so big who play defense and rebound for 12 to 15 years and play solid defense for you or the high-end and that draft Zaccharie risacher who has a capability of being Scottie Pippen like because it’s easier for wings to develop their skills and it is big man. There’s more big men that end up missing then there is wings in the history of the NBA. Worst case scenario he become 3 and d guy but and basically who you remind me is either the best case or Scottie Pippen but what he reminds me of another ex Wizard also great defensive type of guy could score that Caron butler

The Grizzlies & the Trailblazers are wanting to trade up to # 3 and take Clingan.
