Car review of a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe. Music: Written and recorded by myself. / hyundai-santa-fe-review My other channels: / crate2819 / @guitarbliss2209
Just bought a 2012 2.2CRDI model for my wife. Like the spacious feeling in this model over the 3rd gen. Your story was a major influence to the decision.
A Hyundai Santa Fe limited 08 is really legit for price and for what you get, plus driveability features . They are said to last and the interior room and lighting is better than other mid size Suv. The 3.3 V6 has some go for pick up speed and AWD . Compared to other class in year for SUV the Santa fae is a good luxury feel with a bright night time interior and seating is legit with rear seat recline. Plus a trunk space. If you haven't test drove one go check one out in the evening and turn your parking lights on and you will see the interior light set-up .It's a sport steering SUV and an awesome turning radius!!! Could Make a u turn in the middle of the highway lol ! Not the best in gas but it's all and all 8/8 for a cheap SUV for under 6k
Thank you. I'm looking to get a decent payout from the divorce from my cheap ass husband so eventually I can finally afford that new lexus suv that I've always wanted.
I just bought one with the limited trim with 100k miles for $8500. I needed a car and I’m not willing to pay $45k especially at the current APRs. So this should get me by for a few years and it probably is not going to lose a lot little value at the 10k miles I drive a year. I’ll be able to resell this for at least $6k as I take very good care of my vehicles so this car is next to free for me over 2 years.
I have a 2008 that I bought used with 80K miles, it has been a very strong suv for us, rides great on the hwy, lots of room, very comfy seats... we love it... ez oil change..
Thank you for the kind words. Did you end up getting a Santa Fe? How are you liking it if you did? Anything to add about the Santa Fe that I forgot to mention in the video?
@@tirekickers6632 i just bought one of these second gen Santa Fe's. Manual transmission w/2.7 litre (185 hp engine) and AWD. i like it. i don't think i am really a fan of the newer engines in these however. 3.3 and (perhaps 3.5) had valve cover oil leaks onto the alternators. The engines after that are boosted higher stressed motors... not really a fan of that.
Igot a used 2008 2.7 lits V6 with 87 k miles . Nothing bad so far. Consumption in the city is high but on the highway it improves a lot. Well driven it has good behavior on difficult terrain.
Thank you. I hope within the next month or two I can review my 99 mazda miata. I already have the songs I am going to use for the video written and recorded. I just have to finish fixing up my miata (body work) and obviously shoot it and edit the video. I kind of started focusing on my other channels for awhile and other life things got in the way but I would like to upload more car content in general on this channel after I review my mazda miata. It just takes awhile to do these longer car reviews because I do everything for them myself including writing and recording the music so the motivation isn't always there, lol.
I was not expecting to find and to watch an entire review of 32 minutes. I just bought the Manual one 4 cyl and I thought it feels tough but I like it anyways.
I have one. The best car which I ever used. Worth for money . But very less sold vehicle. My speedda meter shows 220 as maximum, but this one shows only 140 why.
That was the same year or close to the same year (can't remember) lexus so I used that one as an example but yeah, it doesn't look that nice. The newer lexus lineup is a lot better looking though than the older suv's and even cars.
@@tirekickers6632 I drove 2012 2.2crdi Luxury model with 197hp...all I can say this SUV as diesel is awesome. It rips concrete with 460Nm and if chip tuned it gets even more fun. Consumption, reliability and conformt beats all of them in same price class to be honest.

Good review. Good point about AWD adding extra weight.
Something most people never take into consideration.
That's exactly what I feel like driving this car
Great video, I wish you can do reviews again.

Thanks for watching. Any car/suv in manual is always the better choice.
Santa Fé nota 10
I also drive this car. And in my place this car is very rare

In america they use miles per hour rather than kilometers per hour.
@@tirekickers6632In some parts of America they also use Kilometers per hour.

Hyundai is much nicer looking than that Lexas.

Should have done a review on the Diesel AWD version
The United States doesn't get the Diesel version of this suv.
Thats a shame :(
