One little bit I think we missed here was how when Sonic gets injured without his rings, like on the highway by the bomb, his life is at stake whereas when he falls off the side of the building in San Francisco he merely hits the ground as his rings fall and splash around him
On the map of the planets, there's a checkered planet between a sun and the emerald. if i remember correctly, this is where sonic goes when he goes in the giant rings in the original sonic games, as a way to get the chaos emeralds
Sonic 3 the Orb dimension, you have to gather blue orbs in a square pattern to turn the rest into rings. As you progress, the speed increases. Once you get enough rings, you get a Chaos Emerald
If flash and Deadpool adopted a baby, it would be sonic, first the ability to break the fourth wall, next speed, that’s all ya need to make a sonic. Oh ya forgot about memes, put it as he’s uncle!!
There's another song that plays during the flashback to when Sonic was a small child. T his song being Friend, the opening theme to Sonic Mania. This song was one of the first things I noticed since I played Sonic Mania a lot when it first came out.
I don’t think he noticed, or anyone did! But when baby sonic is running across green hill to longclaw, the music from the sonic mania trailer is playing! And as someone who played mania loads, and enjoyed it loads, I found that a nice little detail. :)
I wasn't alive in the 90s but when I was little there was a Sonic Racing game on mobile and I played that a lot and every time you started it it would play the old Sega sound.

Sonic 2 only released if he’s doing sonic 1 now then you’ll have to wait 2 years
Okay
@Yess7895 but wouldn’t he have to use poorly recorded clips that are on the verge of getting taken down
I'm not sure what's more impressive; the things that I didn't notice/didn't understand or the things that I DID notice/understand
Wow so many cool Easter eggs and references. Makes me appreciate this movie more even though I've never played a sonic game.
Very informational thanks
In the rest of the movie he writes with his right paw which is a pretty big indicator.
8:22 Actually it appears that Sonic is ambidextrous, because he’s batting right handed, but pitching left handed.
Wasn't it Hyper Potions' song "Friends" that played during the beginning? If you look it up the album cover for the song has their two dogs in Sonic apparel. Strange.
I’m so glad your here to point out the most obvious stuff
1:40 Book in UK - Sonic was raised by an owl Soficlis / LongClaw (movie) ! Didn;t know that!
The chaos emerald on his map is the master emerald.
If flash and Deadpool adopted a baby, it would be sonic, first the ability to break the fourth wall, next speed, that’s all ya need to make a sonic. Oh ya forgot about memes, put it as he’s uncle!!
Nice he is left handed like me, in the 10% of people who are left handed nice
He also made it look like a stop motion flash running
There's another song that plays during the flashback to when Sonic was a small child. T his song being Friend, the opening theme to Sonic Mania. This song was one of the first things I noticed since I played Sonic Mania a lot when it first came out.
I swear I can still hear the “seegaaaa!” In the orchestra version
I don’t think he noticed, or anyone did! But when baby sonic is running across green hill to longclaw, the music from the sonic mania trailer is playing! And as someone who played mania loads, and enjoyed it loads, I found that a nice little detail. :)
Let’s just take some time to appreciate the amount of legendary games in that sega logo opening, especially with yakuza.
8:19 - Him playing baseball actually did happen once before in the episode "Unfair Ball" from Sonic X Season 1, Episode 10!
3:25 omg I would love Sonic to meet Road Runner
These are cool facts and I remember playing sonic on the 3ds and 2 ds
Great easter egg list.
Good video
At the beginning of the sonic 2 movie, I yelled the Sega opening in the theater.
If you actually pay attention you can see that Sonic is reading a comic book about flash cuz that's the only person he can relate to: 3:13
This sonic video reminded me of a sonic game I used to play when I was little😁
Being left handed makes more even unique
5:56 in that scene right after sonic does a pose that’s the exact same as the super smash bros pose!!
Sonic the hedgehog clips is all around my home page. I adore this movie.
i know sonic since i was 3, and i am so glad and happy the sonic games, series, and movies exist.
This is really mind blowing
thee thumbnail got me for a second lol
Green hillS is actually a reference to a level in sonic the hedgehog 2
(8-bit version)
cool video
I wasn't alive in the 90s but when I was little there was a Sonic Racing game on mobile and I played that a lot and every time you started it it would play the old Sega sound.
I used to play sonic games on my iPad with my sister so I recognized the SEGA sound at the beginning, I’m so glad I grew up with this
i ain't a 90s kid but i know the "sega" sound whenever you booth it up, a very nostalgic sound for both me and my dad
I also had a sega mega drive that me,my older brother,my younger brother and my dad used to play
Sonic is my FAVORITE cartoon and too see movies coming out is just my dream
the fact that people could find even the tiniest least visible easter eggs in movies is crazy. Good job
i think this chao at 8:00 is one of those Flowers that react with the Sun/or heat and then move/dance, i have one in my car too :D
2:50 the first one I didn't actually see when watching it for the first time.
He’s ambidextrous look at his batting stance it’s to the right so he can use both hands
I remember in one of the Paramount Plus ads, the ending with the mountain showed Kenny's soul flying away because he died in that commercial
*Baby sonic looks cute.....*
