As a wrestler transitioning to MMA its like my biggest fear when going against Jiu-Jitsu guys, I never shoot a shot naked, you have to set it up and get them reaching and grabbing for stuff when it's not there and flip into singles or pull an ankle pick, it's too risky giving those pythons in Gis my neck, I like oxygen
I don't know I had a couple real quick pins in wrestling but they were against guys who had no clue how to wrestle and shouldn't of been on the mat but the normal starter in my weight class either had the flu or injured before my match so they subbed in a jv wrestler.I dont feel good about it because I didn't learn anything from wrestling those guys
Anaconda and Darce are my absolute favorite subs, hands down. I love them so much. The control they give me feels so nice. Ive even developed a way to get a nice darce from bottom halfguard and have also hit em from bottom side control
