Thanks for introducing local cafes that serves specialty coffee. I’m not from Manila but I’m happy such introduction of local third wave cafes. I just checked their FB Page. So happy with the pricing of their pour over (V60), Php 180. Although I do understand that specialty coffee is typically more expensive, I just don’t understand how other local cafe’s overprice their pour over. I once paid Php 350 for a pour over - I forgot the variety of the beans but definitely not Gesha. But it’s from Hatch Specialty Coffee from Canada.
Nafefeel ko na he values and really wants to get to know his customers. Yung hindi lang profit ang iniisip and would like to share his passion to others. Slowly converting people to filter coffee by not being too pushy but giving customers options/variety. Its sad when people forces you something and expects you to like it agad. Please please feature more specialty coffee cafe in the metro and rizal area.
