I will always prefer the "rough" sounding Klingon weaponry, like the beam disruptors here, over the more ray-gunny sounds they sometimes use in the shows and movies.
Definitely, the vorcha is deadly opponent for the Devore warship: agile enough to stay out of its forward arc and has the firepower to wear its shields down quickly
Not fair. You targeted individual beams on the Devore ship. You should've targeted the shield generator to stay consistent. Anyway, nice battles. :) Looks like you did quite a bit of nerfing on the Devore ship. Not the same ship that fought the Intrepid and the Ambassador to an inch of their lives, that's for sure. From observation - both shields and hull rating are toned down? A glass-cannon approach? Also those beam firing arcs are wonky. I remember them being better before. That might be going too far in nerfing.

The Vor'cha class attack cruiser in absolutely no match for a devore warship.
Ambassador vs vor'cha. I consider them comparable stablemates in terms of firepower and strength

I think this one goes to the Vorcha. The Devore ship had more damage it the end when you played it VS the Vorcha.

I reduced its forward shields and the hull but haven’t touched the weapons or firings arcs, will look at those as like you say they’re a bit wonky
