In the nearly ten years since Mo'ne Davis burst onto the scene at 13 years old to become a baseball legend, her story has only become more interesting...

Great video. Mo'ne was my daughter's coach at the MLB Trailblazers Series a couple weeks ago. She is an amazing role model for any young athlete. I'm grateful my kid had a chance to learn from her
I remember her during the little league world series, hope nothing but the best for her!
Beautiful human being, right there. Confident but humble, mature even under pressure, "big picture" thinker that is competitive, but still kind. Her folks did a good job.
We need a video on ranger Suarez. Underrated pitcher
i will give up my left kidney (the more functional one) for this
The ground ball artist.
The ground ball artist.
Love the Strokes Music Over The Montage
This woman is incredible. I remember watching her games and all of her fame. She handled that so much better than 99.99% of us ever could. She's an inspiration just like Caitlyn Clark and I'm looking forward to seeing more incredible women athletes in the future.
I had no idea, Mo'Ne is truly a ground breaking athlete. ❤ Thank you for the video.
Disliking for Jimmy Fallon
I knew she was everywhere in 2014, but I never realized how much humility she had as a person. She basically has better self-respect than social media influencers
Mone was a badass athlete competing against boys...until the boys hit puberty and achieved muscular and skeletal growth.
She is still a solid athlete but can't hold a candle to men at her level(NCAA). Nature and Biology has limitations.
I've always wondered what happened to her after the LLWS, vividly remember how impressive her play was back in the day it was so fun to watch.

Mo’ne is an awesome role model and a great woman. Philly is so proud of her. ✊🏼
As a woman and lifelong baseball fanatic, I absolutely LOVE you for honoring Mo'Ne and for respecting the presence of women in MLB ☺️♥️
Great video! What a wonderful role model Mo’ne Davis is.
AWESOME PRODUCTION. Whoever put this together, deserves an award. MAD PROPS. It's so important to CELEBRATE THE LONG LIFE... FULL PICTURE. I hope your generation recognizes your many blessings. Continue to "MAKE AMERICA GREAT" FOR EVERYONE. Keep working hard & "YES," you are a BETTER PERSON ❤️❤️❤️ We are ALL, BETTER PEOPLE, because of PEOPLE LIKE YOU & MO'NE DAVIS. THANK YOU, for being, SO POSITIVE!!!
This is a perfect example of beautiful parenting at its finest, not because she can throw a ball, but who she is as a person! Its awsome to see!
My sister played little league in the 1980s. She was the best on her team. Played center field. She was no Mo'ne, but she was very good.
In high school, the coach refused to let her try out for baseball. Our parents had her back and the school forced him, but she didn't make the team. She's pretty sure she was better than half the players and I believe her, but the coach said she wasn't good enough. People told her to play softball, but she refused. Nothing against softball, but it is a different sport and she didn't want to play it. She was captain of the soccer and basketball teams and played nothing during baseball season.
Because she wasn't good enough. The best female baseball player I know, I mean this is a person who absolutely rakes against other women player plays a full two levels below me in the mens competition.
If we had her facing the high 80's low 90's we have to face it would be a miracle if she even fouled the ball
@@Toast2005 Nobody at my high school was throwing high 80s low 90s. My sister was about average among a high school that wasn't particularly known for sports.
She also would have happily played on girls baseball... but there was no girls baseball. Softball is a different game. She played on the girls teams in basketball and soccer with no issue and captained both of them.
@@Sam_on_CZcams Nobody at your high school was throwing even 80's 😂😂😂. What kind of bum ass high school is that. I'm not even a pitcher I throw low 80's
@@Toast2005lmfao trying to compare the average speed pitchers throw today to the average speed they threw in the 80s knowing damn well there’s been a massive increase even in the last 10 years and deciding it’s because you’re better than the person being mentioned in the original comment was who you know nothing about. You just sound insecure dude literally upset dudes sister was good at sports 40 years ago.
@@Toast2005 Maybe they were. I'm not an athlete. My father was good enough to play minor league ball (he got offered by the New York Giants, but his dad sent him to military school instead, which he said was the right decision in the end because there's no way he was good enough to make Willie Mays' Giants and he would have gone to Vietnam instead of the merchant Marines). My sister inherited his athletic skills. I did not. I played on the ultimate Frisbee team and we weren't good.
Also, this was as a Freshman. I don't think any of the freshmen trying out for JV were throwing that fast. Once she stopped playing on a team, she didn't try out again. She made varsity pretty early on her other teams, but not as a freshman.
Ok, mad props to Mo’ne to what she did, what she’s doing and what she will no doubt achieve in the future, but a Delaware little league team came within a game of making it to the LLWS?! Mind obliterated 🤯
Great video, it’s honestly kinda crazy how much she as going for her especially after all the fame died down. She still has a great personality
Great video about perspective and sports
She definitely seems like a great person with a good head on her shoulders. She will go on to do great things besides what she did at 13. I could see her managing an MLB team maybe one day. Or being a pitching coach. Or even a GM.
So we finally know who SDS made the change to Road to the Show character options for in MLB the Show 2024! Awesome, thanks @Stark Raving Sports
I was just thinking about this girl like a week or 2 ago
What was the “offensive tweet”? I don’t have twitter.
What’s crazy about Mo’ne Davis and her Little League I played against them the year before they blew up
The crazy thing is when he apologized for the tweet going to say he was always a fan and she was an inspiration naw bro that’s not how you felt you was and she was getting a movie if you was a fan you wouldn’t care
Commenting again cuz i love you for this one
Beautiful 2
Thought this was a wander franco video at first
There have been Girl playing Little League since 1974. They were in the Little League World Series. I don't think they were pitchers but girls were in the Little League World Series.
Guys, for the next vidoe, can you talk about the Caitlin Clark vs Angel Reese rivalry and what implications this has on the WNBA.
Day one for asking for Rico petrocelli
Let’s be honest tho. Of the four major US sports (football, baseball, basketball and hockey) baseball is by far women’s best chance to ever play with the men.
I'll average 120 homeruns and 300 rbi's against her
The thing about Females is that they can be competitive as teenagers but we all know the muscle differences after the grow spurts… I doubt a woman could ever reach 90 MPH fast ball at least for the next 50 years or so.
If there's anywhere in sports women can compete with men it's here. At 13 Davis was essentially a fully grown woman. She pretty much was at the same level as the boys. A few years down the line though it essentially becomes impossible for women to compete
Exactly. Because gals develop physically (and mentally) at least a year or two earlier than guys. So as you said, she was essentially a grown woman at the age, where as most of thr guys wouldn't even be near their grown height and certainly not their full grown weight for another 3 or 4 years, ie, until they were 15 or 16. And most the guys here were 12 while she was 13. So she had a year on them to make things even more uneven in her favor. Then you see here when guys catch up and she's.... nothing
Let’s fucking go, ten years or less till we get a badass woman MLB player (likely pitcher) book it
Hoping for that tbh!
Women aren’t going to throw 100 mph.
@@ChrisMusson-kv8ph neither are a majority of mlb pitchers, nice goalpost tho bro
@@ChrisMusson-kv8ph Good. Then they won't have to get TJ surgery
All I remember is her getting absolutely rocked by NV
She had one good game smh most overhyped bullshit that happened in baseball.
Now we got men playing women’s sports
Nice virtue signaling buddy.
Leave her alone. She will run into the equal pay gender gap crap.
The video is getting literally hundreds of views. She must be a big star 🤣
How's the dislike ratio?
LMAO Japan, girls can play amateur baseball
Let’s fucking go, ten years or less till we get a badass woman MLB player (likely pitcher) book it
A woman will never play in the MLB. And if they do she won't succeed. Let's not get a big head here
No fucking way! NEVER!!!
@@blackmamba5034 I’ll take your money no problem chief
@@juangoato You're going to take my money? Now that's funny! 🤣😂
