Here’s a story from my second spinner: 1 song. I got him on Dec 26 2023 and he was pretty much working, besides his hat. Wasn’t really a problem, we somehow got his hat arm go down by itself without doing anything. Fast forward like 2 minutes my brother drops him lightly on the floor. His snowflakes started to flicker, but not a problem. Okay, now fast forward like a few hours ; he starts stopping. I noticed he stopped and I thought for some weird reason “the plug is tired” because he was plugged in with an adapter. But then, I realized obviously, the plug can’t get tired… okay, that was weird. Why would he stop? Then I called my brother to see. Since we had other animatronics in the room, he did them all at once. Then he stopped AGAIN. Now I had to figure out something. We played him by himself and both looked right at him to make sure we didn’t miss out on anything and he went super far. He made the demon noise, known as program data glitch. Just like in this video. I just freaked out and left him alone for forever. I didn’t try to get new batteries or play him, but a day later, put new batteries and he worked fine, but then 2-3 days later he flung his snowflake off. They broke in to 2 I lost one part and so I only taped the one part onto his arm. Hat arm we did fix and then broke again. We failed that next try. Okay that’s too much writing ouch my hand

Is it possible that you could undo the board solder points u put on and make it Normal again I'm not saying you have to but is it possible

It's not possible. It was left out in water and the solder points were all rusted. This was the only way to fix it

The snowman gets stuck sometimes and does not stop until you pull the batteries so s put that switch which does the job
