Maybe you could take those extra bits of cake you cut off and make cake pops? Feels like it could be a fun challenge to try and incorporate those pieces into another item!

You are amazing… think about resting sometimes too 😊. As for your cakes: do you have a light blue color or not ? Never had a boy’s birthday ? It would be very beautiful to do. Also, did you try two level cakes ? Round, with the second smaller on the top. I am sure they would have a huge success ! Always a pleasure to watch you !!

I love a lemon cookie with zest on top. If I’m buying a coffee I need a scone or large cookie, but if there’s a citrus version I usually buy enough to take home. 😊

Have you ever thought about doing sampler box? For people who can't decide what to get and want to try some of everything? Have a couple of cookie flavours, brownies, cupcakes, macarons, pastries etc all in one box pre-ordered so you know exactly how many you need for each day and there's minimal waste.
All the items are sold individually and a lot of people make up their own boxes 😊
@BrookiBakeHouse I realise that. It could be an online only thing for people who can't get to the bakery. You could have one or two items that are exclusive to the box that cannot be purchased separately.

I don't bake, but when i was a kid, my mum used to have a reusable piping bag made out of some kind of cloth that was quite easy to clean. Not sure if those still exist and of course it would add an extra job of cleaning them but those might be an alternative to the rather wasteful plastic piping bags?

OH SHIT! I didn’t know you were the same one in Brisbane that I was in. Please tell me what time to come for hot cookies which melt! I remember when I lived in the Valley, you guys were almost ALWAYS out of NYC cookies… I didn’t realise why until I saw the long line as I drove on the bridge, I thought it was for a club but it was just for cookies!! (Id like to know what time is ideal to get hot cookies, I like the ones which come out of the oven causes it’s warm and gooey)
