I see ridge has found a way to capitalize on their waste material from their wallet production.
Lordy, that’s some good thinkin’ right there. You know they’re sweeping up going “So...what do we do with all this slag?”
🤣🤣
They don’t even make their own products, it’s just rebranding a generic product
It's just a ring, it's not a tech ring? I was waiting for the "you can match it to one of your cards" using it's built in NFC or something.
@@AsianNIGMA that's not true, it's an original design but they didn't invent the concept
Your Bronco having the weird low vibration at highway speeds, was simply because you had your hubs locked!! It was very clear the whole video, the hubs were in lock position. Its not safe for the hubs to be locked, while driving that fast
EDIT: I'm mostly referring to the previous video with his new Bronco. (When he got it in California). This comment didn't get noticed on that video, so I just tried again on the next bronco video. His previous video is where you hear him mention the odd vibration from hubs/bearing. And that whole video, you can see the hubs locked. I should have been more specific lol. My bad guys
You going to Moab bro?
@P Kudsk come on now boys. Let the wizard score a couple of easy bucks 😆
Locked hubs are perfectly safe at any speed...
@@Blue_Flame_Raptor common sense would tell you front axles and u joints spinning at highways speeds is no good, but please. Demonstrate for me
He's never admitted to being smart.
I continue to appreciate your dedication to depreciation
Boy, to be in the position to choose to keep 2 Shelbys! Seeing as my car collection is mostly 1/64 and easily fits in 3 large boxes, I'm feeling just slightly envious. That's why I like your videos so much, the vicarious experience of owning vehicles I will never have the money to buy. I, for one enjoy your adventures quite a lot.
Sounds like Tyler preordered a 2023 Corvette C8 Z06 based on the ending. It's the only car that I hear car youtubers all clambering for with no back seat and rear engine specifically for next year.
And he mentioned he was at the Chevy Dealer getting a new car last video when he test drove the hummer
@@stevenemeigh4820 well, i thought it used to be a chevy dealer
Good catch! I forgot about that dealership lol
Z06 is great, but nowhere near worth the asking price. I know Chevy and that flat plane V8 is first generation and will have millions of problems
Good bet! He was talking american muscle cars.. i bet he did. Cant wait for vid
I say don't give up on the vintage racing thing and don't modify the Hertz Mustang to make it less of a track car. Keep it true to its heritage! You'll find time eventually and in the mean time, maintenance to keep it in good shape is just part of the price of admission.
Exactly and honestly it’s really not that hard to get used to a clutch like that on race fuel. Pretty much need to figure out what rpm to be able dump the clutch and ease into the throttle all in one motion. Takes some getting used to because you can’t use a race clutch to slip at all, they don’t slip stage 3 or higher clutches you just need to drive them more than 47 miles to get used to them.
YES PLEASE GET INTO RACING so we don't have to, just like buying hoopties.
It physically pains me every time he talks about making it less of a racecar. If he wants a streetable classic Mustang then buy one and sell the racecar.
Yep and mustang and get the last of the manual ones instead. Then he has the best of both worlds 👌
Hoovie, race cars are addictive but they are also a different game to a normal car. Just get it on the track. Race it once and see how you feel. If you are not totally pumped and addicted, sell the car to someone who will use it.
Hoovie, “these Ford’s are so problematic”
Also Hoovie, “I’ll buy another BMW”
It may depreciate over the next 5-8 yrs but the long run will pay huge, you got yourself an excellent spec Shelby, keep her!
The wizard made me laugh with his “if the lift doesn’t fit we must acquit” joke 🤣🤣🤣
Wizard with the OJ joke on the lift, that cracked me up!!! That was freaking gold there!!!
Wizzard is going to get wizzed up his ass. Amen
6x !s
Speaking of the Bronco up on the lift- seeing how the front lifting pads were on those little front suspension mounts made me kinda cringe. Far be it from me to question The Wiz but I'm not so sure I'd walk under that big Ford like that. 🙄
Looking forward to seeing the C8 coming up.
Okay Boomer
Baby boomer generation is in their 70's+. I'm in my 30's. Kinda off. Shows the youth ignorance. And how my generation coddled then too much. Need to go back to the days where a teacher wiped you if you talked back, and parents disciplined their sperm cancers.
tyler with a ZR1? oooo now that would be a good trade for the S500
That Bronco is a Twin Torsion Beam (TTB) suspension. Check the pivot bushings where the beams connect to the frame. That will cause them to wander and seem vague.
When you go to the salvage yard for the Bronco sway bar, remember to get the cross member it mounts to. It looks like the cross member was removed for those towing mounts. You might want to consider getting the rear sway bars for this too. The rear is a more simple bolt on. This Twin Traction Beam front end does not handle well at all without the front sway bar. Good luck, and thanks for the video
I remember the 1993 F150 I had didn’t have any sway bars and it cornered poorly.
Three words for the Hertz...Centerforce Dual Friction. Best clutch set up I've found for steet ability yet still trackable.
Exactly…a definite must!!!
I say, you keep on stumbling onto some very interesting car deals. Keep thw adventure going Tyler
I've always thought of the clutch as being the sacrificial lamb between your engine and rear end. I'd rather see you find a clutch that covers the street duties with it being something that if you do some vintage racing you consider it to be a wearable item. Granted, it isn't cheap to do that but I'd rather put the drivetrain shock to be delivered to the clutch.
me slapping the top of the Hertz Mustang..”how much?? how much??”
🤣
If I were you’d I’d sell both Shelby’s. Sell the Hertz Group B as is. If you make it a hybrid of street and track it won’t appeal to either group so you’ll lose money and delay the sale. Sell it as the wonderful track car that it is!
Agreed! Don't try to make a race car "streetable" and sell the Shelby while it has value.
Yep, your advice makes sense. So we know what will happen.
Go look up prices on any mustang really. Any besides a 4cyl or 6cyl. You’d revise your comment.
It’s people like you who make people choose the wrong decision and they wind up missing the car.
The car wizard trying to put on the tiny glove killed me 😂
So many jokes in this gem. The cakes, the lift, the glove. All gold.
Dammit Tyler you better race this car in the spring!
The Wizard was Killing it today, with those OJ jokes.
He better hope, there's no golf courses around!
Back in the day, the front suspension on the Fords were "Twin I-Beam", in which this is the 4x4 version if my memory serves me correctly.
the way he really acted out putting the glove on just like OJ😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
That GT500 would be a dream car for me, I'm glad you got it and were able to show it off so I could realize this.
I truly do not think the GT500 will deprecate a lot. I mean GT350's are holding steady also.
Considering a supercharged cobra is 30-50k depending on mileage condition and tasteful mods… yea they gonna stay up there in price
They will drop like flies. Get it gone.
It's a video topic. The video helps him pay off the remaining note. Brings drama to his channel and people posting comments as we are. Which is why his channel went from hoopties to supercars. He is successful in his endeavors, who am I to judge?
A '13-'14 GT500 with low miles is going for well over MSRP these days
I think the GT350R is the one folks want over the 500 cause it's just more special in a lot of folks eyes. That may hurt the current GT500 price. But I dunno, could be fine.
18:50 Love those 80mph speed limit b-roads!
Also, I don’t see this car dropping to half of msrp unless it has a salvage title and/or 100k miles. I’d love a recent GT350, but prices haven’t dropped on those.
Hoovie crab walking during the Hummer EV segment on the Barrett Jackson is forever burned into my brain. I demand compensation! lol.
Please incorporate the hertz Mustang into one of the future CarTrek series? It would be awesome to see what you could do with the car and to see what Ed and Freddy would roll up with!
Wow what an amazing idea!
He would surely need the clutch changed before that
@@804_Rider Nah, just more leg day.
Maybe Hoovie is afraid that Hertz will report the Mustang stolen and have him arrested.
The wizard telling Hoovie "It's somebody's Birthday" - LOL - what a great comeback.
Whatever you do, I'll still follow you, hope you get a chance to race and do whatever you want in life.
Love how the first ad is from Ford touting how great the F-150 is. Not a coincidence.
Ive sent a couple messages and comments so not expecting this one to get seen either BUT worth a shot haha. Would really love to see that Shelby rent a racer at our Indiana Shelby spring fling in May if there was any chance of you making an appearance?
19:12 “I don’t mind losing ridiculous amounts of money on this channel.”😂 Hoovie is a hero.
Losing money for our entertainment, but in the end it’s not a loss😎
Definitely tow bar mounts in the front of the Bronco as there is also an electrical connection to power the Bronco tail lights from the tow vehicle.
Mounts for a front cooler/rack for beach cruising, fishing camping ETC.
Didn't get enough grease from running over pedestrians. It's why you always see mustangs running into crowds.
Lol at the people who blame the chassis and not the moron driving it 🤣.
“I don’t know what happened.. he walked out of nowhere??!!”
@@dantrombley8148 exactly
Poor thing
You mostly see Chevys and Mopars hitting crowds 😂
Sounds like Hoovie has his name on a C8Z
Thanks man. i was scratching my head overthinking it lol
Yuppp 🔥c8Z OTW
Dude transferred to a new location at my job. Been parking next to this MINT 1993ish to 1996ish Bronco. Its a light blue metallic/silver sides two tone combo, just a stunning looking truck. Been hoping to run into who owns that truck, cause it is just so freaking minty fresh. Yet they drive it to work, even when its pouring rain, the water just beads off it.
The new Shelby has no maintenance bills ( yet) but I truly believe you should put out more mustang content, we haven’t seen much of either one .
You should put one of those window stickers on the bronco that make it look like OJ riding with you.
Hoovie honestly, it looks like it's time to go too the track! And after the trackday you can sell them :)
Hoovie? Track? Does not compute.
I agree, take it on the track at least once, I would definitely enjoy a track day episode and I'm sure many others would too.
You must be new. Once he takes a car to the track it can’t be sold. It can be rebuilt and then eventually sold
Sell it before recession gets noticed
If I remember correctly, every time Hoovie goes to do a track day, something bad always seems to happen. Pass on the track and sell the Mustang while it's still at prime market value!
The bushings on the end of each axle half where they mount to the crossmember are one of the most overlooked on those trucks they wear out and cause alot of slop in the front end
The front suspension on those fords are called twin I beam. Love that design.
Love the show man! bring back some super cheap hoopties again!
Bring back money eating hoopties
Watching the Shelby be horrible to drive brings fond memories of my old 74 454 and me tuning it by touch and the Holley carb float bowls getting stuck.
Love the Bronco. Had a 96 and I regret selling it. It was a florida truck.
I had to do the oil pan gasket also but I just slid the old one out around the pan and put the new one on the same way. Took about an hour. Didn't have to mess with exhaust or jacking the motor.
Thumbs up to The Wizard on the glove bit! Well played, sir.
Breaking News: famous trailer and electric car tester declares war on Ford Motor Company.
"They see Hoovie Rollin'".........Pimping daFamily in the Shelby!
Sometimes the sway bars can be disconnected to help with the flat towing.
Make your dreams a priority, your audience followed you this far, I'd watch ya race the Hurtz
I was going to say the same. He is becoming WAY to level-headed! lol I would not change the Hertz (it will be there when he gets time) OR sell the new Mustang. What the hell is this worrying about depreciation BS 🤣🤣🤣
Courtney. Market conditions have led to his assets significantly increasing in value
Exactly what i was saying id love to see him record and upload some laps!
He said he has no time between his family life and multiple jobs.
Can’t wait to see your new Z06!
I was hoping it would be the new mid engine Camaro, but apparently they are releasing a Sting-Ray which will surely be way more limited...
Go to Harerty/CZcams to see, Z06, GT3 and R8 race. The Z06 blows them both away. Also, Street Speed 717 dyno'd his Z06, 646 hp, 666 hp after exhaust mods.
@@chuckcts-v3460if you watch that tool you’re opinions are immediately gone out the window
@@jacob1423 Just mentioned it because it was a reliable dyno of the new Z06. Not recommending him.
Good luck, Hoovie! 🙂
The sheer coincidence of this episode is OTHER WORDLY!! I saw a White Bronco drive past me maybe 2 days ago and the first thing that came to mind was: IF THE GLOVE DOESN'T FIT, YOU MUST ACQUIT!" This Universe works in such mysterious ways!!!
Tyler, Hertz Racer, why change a good thing ! The clutch is like that for racing. I’d wait until you race it. It’s appreciating, don’t change a thing. Onto your 2020 500. I think this model will appreciate . Put a tow bar on it and tow the Heatz racer.
Thanks for the video hoovie!! My Thursday has been dead at work. Needed this.
Hopefully your boss is not also a fan

On the older og ford Shelby 92 I would match the lettering and number and side strips gold to match the middle stripes, I wrapped my truck in gloss red strips and side stripes but looks good brother keep it up I’m going to miss the yellow mustang 💪💪
Hell yes he’s getting a C8 Z06!! They come with your name on the center plate, American, with 670 hp he definitely cant go wrong! Im exited for hoovie!!
Sell both Mustangs and then buy a Hertz Mustang that is already streetable. Changing the racer back to close to stock doesn't make sense.
Totally agree but it's all about the views so the race car will become a still unusable street car that will get almost no use. Who wants to climb in and out over that roll cage all the time.
Please keep the mustang I love it and want to see more of it 🥰
Mmm…I smell a Corvette C8 Z06 in Hoovie’s future. I would love to see you in one Hoovie. Please be sure to give us good soundtrack of that glorious high revving flat plane crank!
DID YOU TRY TAKING THE RETURN SPRING OFF THE MUSTANG CLUTCH, IT HELPED MINE
I think you’re missing a great opportunity, I’d love to see you do some vintage racing with the Hertz. I believe a lot of your viewers would love seeing how to go vintage racing…..just sayin Hoovie.
You should keep the only non-hooptie car on your fleet until you have another non-hooptie car. Seems like a wise thing to do
Love the Wizard OJ trial joke!
Stayed for the rest of the hoopty content.
I've had these Ford's for years. On the Bronco I would change the I-Beam Axle pivot bushings. They are the center bushings on those front beams. They are a rubber bushing mounted in a steel casing. Rubber gets soft over time and these get overlooked. It will cause the axles to wander in and out especially at speed. Also service your lockouts and don't drive with them locked in if you don't need 4-wheel drive. If they're locked in you'll be rotating that whole front axle assembly when it doesn't need to be turning lots of wear and tear and increased fuel usage.
I'd keep the Shelby. You have fun with it and you can haul your whole family in it. So yeah, keep it. Eventually, it's gonna find its way to Wizard's garage when time come for that, so you'll give back to your community
I have basically the non-Shelby version of the same car and it has had two repairs in 8 years and 125K miles. It's way faster than the traffic around it and still comfy and good for long-distance driving. Yes, my Mustang is my daily driver because it simply works when I get in it and I know I could drive across the country in it at any moment.
It's amazing how "rust free" the car is.
Congrats on your new Z06
I had a 1967 Mustang I heavily modified, I made the mistake of having a stock clutch that exploded while racing. I then installed a racing Hayes clutch that was like yours, it was a leg killer in traffic.
You could get in touch with Cleetus about running the hertz on the Freedom Factory?? Heck he may even want to. Buy it.
He could buy both of the Mustangs and enter them in “Burnout Rivals” lol
Would kind of be disappointed if you don’t give historic racing a try. Been looking forward to that for ages
I had a 94 bronco in 94 and the steering was always loose . I did jump it on the regular. Also trim screws also fall out .
I’ve always wondered if those lifts had a pan in them to keep fluids from finding their way onto the cars beneath! I would be so paranoid of that
OJ DID IT or GUILTY should be the tag you put on the Bronco.
Starting back in the late '60s, I was a Camaro fan. I just thought they looked better than the mustang. Even through the '80s, '90s, '00s and '10s, BUT I have to say these last few years Mustang finally got me! Such a beautiful car!
Same here l was a chevy guy for 20yrs. I bought a 05 F150. The truck is still on the road doing fine with no problems. So in 21 l bought a new Mustsng GT.

Wizard with that OJ joke
Top notch humor😂
There’s a 70 year old guy working at the body shop from the dealership I work at, guy daily drives an S550 GT500 I always give him props because he still beats on it too
Hoovie, I admire you for your good fortune and that you still think about time with family. I also sense that you are giving back to the less fortunate of Wichita with your charity. But to your so called problem. Yes, flip the 2021, if you want another they will be available. Besides, that Z06 will make you soon forget. As for the Hertz stang, it is one of three in your fleet that you should never leave. Your Gma's Benz, and the XKE the other two. Those can never be replaced. As for your drive-ability issues on the Mustang, get rid of the racing clutch. Replace it with a RXT Mcleoud or something similar. It will handle your hp plus give a easier pedal, making you want to drive it more. Lastly, your fans won't abandon you if you take time away from uTube. Besides a week at the track is just more to share with your fans. Merry Christmas
I love the Car Wizard's OJ references. The 66 Mustang looks good hanging with the 66 Chevelle and 79 Nova.
Time for Tyler's corvette phase 🙌😎 sweet!
Your probably right but I’m hoping for the new Vanquish.
Hoovie did you see the new Corvette E-Ray is offered in Riptide Blue???
I would like to see more content of you driving your cars. Vlogs of driving them around for the day to interesting places.

@@jasontoth7965 he is writing about flat out from a corner and being surprised by the grip so surely he must be referencing one of the Mustangs.
Wizards corny jokes are always funny.
6:00 The name for this front suspension is "Twin Traction Beam" or TTB for short.
Ford call that IFS on the old F-series and Bronco a twin I-beam, or a twin-traction beam for the 4wd versions with the half shafts going through the axles beams
Sell that new Mustang and go racing with the old! That’s an adventure I would like to see.

I'll take one of the fords as a hoovies Christmas special. The year I have been having I can use it.
Another great video from Hoovie. Keep it going
Shouldn't you watch it first before claiming it's great?
The hitch receiver in the front is commonly used to move trailers into/out of tight locations that may be difficult to maneuver a trailer into by backing!
That’d be one in the center, two separated like that would be for a front cargo rack .
The front wiring connector though makes it almost certainly for being a toad.
I've got the track when you've got the time... ;) Bring up both Shelby's and we'll make sure you have a track day to remember.
The clutch on the Mustang is a multi-plate sintered steel racing clutch, probably 7.25 inches OD. It’s heavy because it has to be given its small size and likely 3 clutch plates. They are made specifically NOT to slip, be driven from stops and so on. As for racing, you need to send the car to a vintage prep shop so you can arrive and drive. It’ll be expensive and worth every penny.
I will not stand for that Naked Gun slander. But I think OJs bad acting really made sense in those movies lol.
