I’ve just Patented the idea. Reminds me of the Concord Jet, it has two Skateboard wheels to stop Tail-strikes.
Its only genius if the front of the car has enough structure to not bend the entire front. A lot of these supercars have no strength here. Being an older car maybe it works on the Countach
I got to check out Jerry greens Lamborghini VT Roadster in Kansas City. I got down and checked the casters under the front found a broke one. That's the day I learned you don't tell rich people their toy is broken. Interestingly they didn't show those castor's in comparison

In 'Normal case scenario'...maybe, not in Wizzard's shop. Don't forget these two are good friends, spending weekends @ lake testing boats n shit. Also Hoovie put Wizzard's shop on a map, so he would rather dig deeper in order to service his cars to the highest standard. There's so many vehicles in and out every month of the year brought in by Tyler that there is no space for overcharging in this relationship dude.

If I may make a suggestion... When pouring from an antifreeze jug (or similar), when possible, hold the jug flat/horizontally using both hands. This will eliminate "glugging" and give you more control over all.

Tyler and David, I am adding additional information to my previous comment that I posted 23 hours ago. Like I stated earlier, Tony Carlini invented the skateboard wheel system but it was Tony's cousin, Bob Peterson who named the wheel system. - Bob Peterson named it "Driveway Valet", which is a very fitting name for it. He made the "Driveway Valet" for Countach's, Diablo's, Ferrari Testarossas and others. -- Rod Stewart's new 1991 Black/Tan Diablo had the "Driveway Valet" installed on it before he drove it off Pacifica Lamborghini's lot.

Whereas the Wizard just charged him $125. For tightening a shifter knob. ($0.50 for tightening, $124.50 for knowing what to tighten.) The more the Wizard soaks Hoovie, the happier I am, for some reason.

I may be biased from having a toy remote control Lambo Countach a a child, but I am another James May in being dazzled by that car when young and I still get that feeling about it.

@@gpethst24 , seems the side mirrors are undersized and of course there's no real visibility out if the center mirror. So there's not much confidence for backing out a rare $100+K vehicle.
you’ve bought some interesting cars with some interesting issues, but you’ll never beat a lambo with skateboard trucks bolted to the front end.

I friggin love that! Hahaha!! Cutoff wheel'd right through the plastic underbelly and bolted some skateboard trucks up. Probably right off some generic 90's fishboard from the mall K Mart.
Luckily you could replace the trucks, bushings, wheels, and bearings with the absolute most expensive skateboarding kit available and it would still be cheaper than everything else on the car to repair.
On the Countach, is it possible someone replaced the exhaust with an aftermarket and/or removed emissions equip as well? Pretty common thing for 2nd, 3rd, etc owners to do on late ‘70s and ‘80s exotics. Might explain the O2 sensor, loose nuts and the throttle cable “to nowhere” ?
Wizards probably stupid enough to go and put all that stuff back on to make it compliant.....
I knew this guy like 15 years ago with a sick new ZO6 corvette and he showed me that he put the same positioned skateboard trucks on the front of his car

Growing up in Ormond Beach, the garage I took my first car used to work on all of Ron Rice's cars(owner of Hawaiian Tropic). He owned the Cannonball Run Countach. The car had been in 6 times to replace front fairings. The Hawaiian Tropic girls would take out the car, and the road to the Granada bridge was at such an angle that they would go too fast and clip it with the front of the car. After the 6th replacement, they were off-limits from the car.

1988 comments, NICE! and hoovie be careful with the topping of the Fluids, too much is just as bad as too little and can screw up the boil points and the Viscosity of the oils,
Also look at what those wires are hooked up to, that broken wire is a wire that leads to the distributor at 11:35, Maybe it was part of an immobilizer as the car doesnt seem to be down on power.
and I'm happy the countach is working out for you, as that's always been a childhood favorite for me, and who knows, maybe someday I'll figure out a way to make that kind of money myself, also I'm not sure if you know this but the Countach was redesigned by Horiatio Pagani for the 25th, the same pagani that makes those crazy hypercars with their chronic overdetailing for really rich people, he originally worked at lamborghini and badly wanted to make the entire thing out of carbon fiber, but lamborghini didnt want to invest in the technology
which makes sense given it was something like 15,000 hours to make the tub of the F1 back in the day, now its less than a 1,000 and the car was already made out of fiberglass with rose joint suspension pieces.
and while I think he went too nuts with it, I do like how he actually balanced out the cars extended roofline and better integrated it into the shape, plus it was one of the OG cars in need for speed 3 hot pursuit
and i say that given that viniwiki just had a guy on who bought a murcie based on his memory of his car being on the cover of the sequel to that game, a game that until about a year ago I always put on once in a blue moon.

That's actually still pretty cheap for those cars.
My sister in law grew up with a guy and his dad owns (owned) a hot rod shop and they really did nice work. They usually just built one off cars or did various street rod builds, motor / driveline swaps, paint and body work..... you know a hot rod shop. Well I was hanging out one day down at their shop and I happened to go up on the mezineen above the offices and they had a Countach fiberglass body shell.
They had molds for all the pieces to create a full body. It was designed to use a Riviera FWD front frame section but you could build a tube chassis and build it out that way if you wanted. It was pretty cool.
The power steering rebuild and reinstall costs more than two of my cars put together. LOL

ive had the very same issue with the horn on 3 cars, it was an easy fix, just increase the gap between the contact surface, its a super simple fix and free, over time the contacts get closer together, no need to replace the entire mechanism
