Who cares how he pronounces Provolone! This guy is the best! His shows are entertaining and much more informative than any other cooking show! Plus if you buy his books you dont feel like and idiot because he shows you step by step how to cook/grill the recipe! Thank you Steven! Keep doing what you do!
Thanks MPT, this guy has been my bbq hero for a while.
I love this show..
VERY VERY KOOL. this guy is amazing wish I was part of the camera crew.....I'll bet it always taste amazing.....no mater.....what he's making
Love this show my favorite ok

Steven Raichlen would own Bobby Flay :).

This show is absolue GENIUS. I havent tried any of his recipies yet bv will order the dvd. Didnt know Mr. Raichlen beat the Iron Chef. WOW xD
I want to make this now
i love steve and his recipies and show are amazing!! but my favorite bart of his pronunciation is how he pronounces cilantro its so cool lol
The BBQ pit boys would own this guy
He says never file over the meat to keep the metal shavings off but cut right into the meat without cleaning the knife first. I bet some metal shavings got in anyway.
raichlen is a beast
he speaks decent french too
dude you are a genius .....you are my new best friend
Just saw Your show (Planet Grill) on p.b.s. channel 16, Dayton, OH.
Great show! Caveman special was Cool!
@homemadealcoholstove Honing / steeling... same thing. However, you're right, of course - no metal removed. I wonder why he, of all people, didn't seem to know that wasn't sharpening?
@Gezab
thats not sharpening OR honing...
thats something called "steeling" in which the knife steel realigns the edge
no metal is removed from the blade
Favorite word extra virgin olive oil
I'm making that yummy
he always have something cooking in background. :)
Remember to give your hand a quarter turn after the first Mississippi to lay on that crosshatch of grillmarks.
Remember to get a grill
Provoloneee lol.
I'm making this tonight... put on a propane BBQ....hopefully it will be good !
I would love to see Steven go against Bobby Flay on Iron Chef America, especially in something suited to the BBQ. Steven would OWN Bobby.
I tried doing that oiling thing with the onion. The aroma was great, but I think I burnt it off too quickly.
Besides, is that a good idea for him to be cooking that, with a bull right behind him?.....
Well, he explored the cheese steak a bit further I guess. I mean you can do what ever you want to a cheese steak as long as there's still cheese and a steak. I even put hot pepper in mine.
@wesmander The Pit Boys are awesome, but Raichlen is their Daddy.
Where can I get one of those big kettle grills
i can cook like this ... ill show u , hold my beer.
Mozzarella imo works better but nice nonetheless
I would LOVE to be a crew member on the set of steven's show!!!! I would also be obese as shit!!!! LOL :)
Anyone know what the outro music was?
Me banging ur daughter!
Who else notice the cow in the background the meat is fresh round here
forgot to at least wipe the blade after sharpening!
nayzerie haha when you use a "knife sharpener" there are no filings. That's only with a whetstone. All he was doing was straightening the blade. He's an idiot
Wayne Coyne's alternate ego.
brush the grill, even though it's brand new........
Hey man I'm watching on pbs right now your making creamed corn by pouring cream over the corn WRONG Try doing it the right way by using a corn creamer
Pro-Va-Lone not Pro-Van-Lone-Eee
Both wrong. It's PRO-va-LO-neh
He wasted that meat. must never use tenderloin for this
The
provoloney.uggh such a dadboner
how is it disgusting where do u think meat comes from and that's how people have been eating their food for hundreds or thousandS of years
I think it's absolutely disgusting that you're cooking beef in a field with LIVE COWS!!!!
I'm not a vegan or anything and love meat but that's just wrong.
Yea that is freakish.
WHATS REALLY GROSS IS: WHEN HE TAKE A BITE OF FOOD, HE STICKS HIS TONGUE OUT OF HIS MOUTH AS THE FOOD IS COMING TO IT. FRIGGIN SICK. YOU GOTTA KEP YOUR TONGUE IN YOUR MOUTH WHEN EATING SO PEOPLE DON'T SEE THE FOOD ON YOUR TONGUE.
