I have bad panic attacks and have had a heart attack in the past. I started running again and my rapid heart beat freaked me out a little. This definitely gave me some calming down.
Love the video!!... I have been suffering with panic attacks for the last 15 years and my first panic attack freaked me out!! I've been to cardiologists and they told me that there's nothing wrong with my heart!.... So all of the sudden I have cardiophobia I cannot get the image out of my head of a heart exploding or bursting every time I have a panic attack!!.... so even though I am not having a panic attack I can be driving and I cannot get the image or thought out of my head of a heart beating so fast and hard that it will bust or explode!.....so my question is if I'm having a panic attack and my heart is beating out of control can my heart bust or explode!! I woke up feel a small bursts in my heart or I was dreaming, I was born with a murmur that went away but would come back any time i had a child
