- This 40x56 Large Garage Full Time-lapse was built this spring when weather was up and down. It is 14' tall, has a 24'x16' wrap around hip porch. Time-lapse videos never go into great depth of the process but I talk you thru some one the steps. If you want more in depth tutorials, check out some of my build series playlists. Make sure you subscribe for future builds, because we have some residential builds I can't wait to share. #largegarage #porch #postframe #timelapse

It’s actually a very well written and comprehensive book czcams.com/users/postUgkxhgbP-6hUnXu_QRaoHgLztgsI0YF3HqR0 . I wanted to pair this with an updated book on local codes to start planning a post-retirement dream shop. I think I have just about everything I need between the two. The extra plans available for purchase towards the end are priced almost as much as full home plans, not little sheds however.
The attention to detail that your employees have is second to none. It's like watching a bunch of damn artists make a masterpiece, all while being super-efficient. Definitely earned a subscription out of me. I love these types of videos. Very informative and also entertaining. Thank you!
A joy to watch and listen to someone who is passionate, professional and thorough about their work, kudos and great job.
I love these builds. You guys really make it look easy. Especially when you do the full time-lapse. Thanks for sharing.
You guys killed!!! That’s a ton of work in a short amount of time. Even with the rough weather y’all kept on moving. You and your guys hustle.
Paused at 420 to see how accurate a timber build that size would really be. Amazing. Everything bang on the money. Great channel and example of the pride that should be taken at work 👍
Awesome job brother, you have these building down to a science, , I’m a carpenter with almost 40 yrs experience and I’m impressed!!
I haven’t seen every builder build a building but I’m pretty sure no one does it better than RR. Awesome work guys.
Man, I want you to build my building. Transitioning from nursing to a cabinet shop. Need a building with shop on the back end and home on the front. Love your work.
U
Right around the 11:00 mark you discuss attention to detail and making sure it is right. I don't know how to say this but like this, man... I thank you and respect you for that. Not many care anymore about that, they only care about getting paid. I have watched a few of your videos and am always amazed at how detailed you build your buildings. Thank you sir!
Not only is your lift more efficient but it’s also just so much more comfortable and easier to work on. I don’t blame you for using it regardless of conditions. I wish we had something like that for our work
I would have loved to see the final with the concrete floor installed
I watched the whole video to see how the concrete floor was done and it didn’t happen…
You can bet your ass that the concrete floor wasn't as nice as it would be if RR Buildings woulda just done it. Most contractors have no pride in their work.
I wanted to see it too. I want to see what the floor looks like with the piers in it.
Lines, angles, symmetry....... Another great build, thanks for sharing.
Your work is a great example of how investing in the right tools and equipment can pay dividends. Amazed how much work such a small crew can get done.
I love your honesty, it's enjoyable to see your hard work
Bless the builders who have the skills and capabilities to create homes for those of us who are clueless.
I believe I may have told you all this before,
You all are great builder's keep up the amazing work. An ill be waiting for your next job.
You do build a nice shed, and so much better when you talk us through it.
That is a sweet building love the porch...someday just someday!
Really nice work Kyle and crew. Thanks for sharing the details.
You guys are Craftsmen!! Never apologize for the icing on the cake of putting your stamp on it at the end of a job well done! Also never apologize for using better tools/equipment than ladders. I love these videos and your work. It makes me wish I were younger and could be on these jobs.
Great video, I love these style of home and shop. They're the way to go for people wanting a shop and house. I wish I had one 40x60x20. I'd want it talk to have a two story house. You and your team did a beautiful job. Thanks for sharing
We are looking at 40x60x16.👌🏻
Worked for a contractor when I was very young, he said that the MONEY was in the details! Great work guys
Cant believe just you 3 guys do all that ....nice....Caribbean here....amazing stuff on your channel.
Love your work. Watched a number of your builds. Love your time lapse videos and commentary.
Great premiere, nice to have your chat as the film plays out
This made me nervous watching at this speed lol. Even though I’ve watched you guys build many a building ,I missed the interaction between you and Greg and Zach. I know the editing takes a bunch so I’m thankful for all you get out to us “post frame dreamers “.
That fly through never gets old 👍🏻
Brilliant video with time lapse, and narrative explanations. Thank you. The only thing missed was the pricing.
You make it look so easy. Professional is the right word.
Nice build. I've never seen a scissor lift that size. Really cool that you can haul all that wood and steel on it to be installed. I bet it pays for itself over and over with all the use you get out of it. I'd love a shop that size, with that porch, ooooooo weee!
Love your attention to detail & pride in your work. Wish you were closer to the Green Bay area
Very nice! I like how you guys set the post in concrete extending a foot above the ground.
Also like the drone view now and then. Looks like its way out in the boon docks.
We always install the house wrap or osb on the end trusses before setting also after the truck delivers the trusses we mark them for the Perlins it just saves time
I recognize skill and quality when I see it. Nice work.
Love the skill, makes me want a barn. Dont need one but I want one.
I love my barn more than I did the house👍👍
@@joemorrow8411 I remember years ago when I started dating my wife (only 3 months). She was looking for a new condo and I asked if she was going to get one with a garage.
She said..."why would I need a garage."..? I almost died inside. Now... 16 years later... A condo and a house later... she finally gets it.
Who ever your drone pilot is...that person is good! Nice shop Gentlemen
Well thank you... I’ve been practicing
You guys are fast, even in all that mud. Which I KNOW about nasty job sites. Nice work.
Kyle, we build post frame buildings in northeast Ohio and I just have to tell you that you guys do a fine job for sure and it’s a joy to watch your videos. I enjoy all of them so thank you for that. I have learned a few tricks that I will for sure be using. Mainly the chains to square the building. I know it takes a bunch of time to do these videos but I’m sure I speak for many people when I say a large THANK YOU. And boy do I feel you with the mud and the wind and dripping of the roof, ugh. Haha.
What part of Northeast Ohio? I'm a garage door installer in that area.
Nate Chase between Cleveland and Akron.
@@PaulWhitedWoodStoneIron Awesome, I work out of Streetsboro. I'm always up in the Cleveland area, and everywhere in between.
Nate Chase Boston heights actually. Hudson area
We are about to start a 40X60 and love these videos. Post is the only way...
I do a lot of subgrade pole barn pads. I always make the pads 10' wider than barn. The extra gravel is more expensive. It sure keeps the site clean, and the builder is able to work right after a rain.
Details are perfect as always. Man you can be a perfect painter artist. :) Greetings and respect from Turkey!
+1. Great garage build. .. Many thanks for the time-aligned video. Very entertaining review of high-quality, well-managed build. . Just needs in-floor hydronic heating....
That equipment made a huge difference. Respect
Nice and quickly accomplished. I bet the client was doing a "getting giddy 💃🏻dance🕺🏻" a couple of times a day as they watch the progress. I'm sure anyone, especially those watching YT, would love to have a R&R on a spectacular pole barn mansion. 😉
I love watching these builds. They are always so clean and turn out great.
Keeping up on IG is fun, but I also like seeing the whole thing from start to finish in one shot like this. You guys do great work! Gotta love our Midwest spring weather. 😁 Thanks for sharing!
Boy, your getting brave with the drone. Flying through the walls like a well trained fighter pilot. 😊
God bless.
You're**
Like I said, love the fast forward.👍
My goodness you and your folks do a great job, thank you for your videos.
I do like the occasional time lapse, thank you
Loved it. Not to long..not to short..great explanation of the work performed..nice vid.
You inspired me to build my shed. Unfortunately I ordered my lumber from Lowes and got complete junk. They failed to pick it up as well. My dream is mostly ruined but I will try and salvage what I have. I'm going to Home Depot or a local lumber yard for future lumber.
Awesome work man!!! Love watching the transformation!
Greg is really starting to grow as a human! Well done sir
Love watching your videos, builder from southwest Virginia, nice to see the sames and the differences, we use a jlg boom lift a lot, but I think I’d rather have the deck lift
60 yrs old. Been a carpenter since I was 21. These assholes giving the thumbs down annoy the hell out of me. There are many ways to skin a cat. Shut up. you guys do a nice job.
Always great watching your quality work.
Best post frame buildings in the country!
Nice build great video thanks you have every reason to be proud of your company work
Dude love the sign on the end gable, awesome video as well, great shout on the scissor lift all the best Tony
Thanks tony
Beautiful job once again... Keep up the great work!
This man may never comment back to anyone but that is important!!!
It means he is a working man before a CZcamsr even though his content is AMAZING!!!
New sub!
I agree with your attitude regarding porches.
I love the videos and how u explain everything. Great content
You guys do phenomenal work!!! Your craftsmanship is second to none and you should be very proud. I'm an old architectural installer from way back and agree the it's the small details that can make a build. Great videos!
I wish I could build stuff like this. This is awesome
How much did this cost? Without the concrete on the inside just exactly what y’all did. What’s the total price on that?
13:54 Nice work on that hip. Could have tucked the tab behind the other break and popped it with a 3/32 or 1/8th rivet
I have had to build 2 smaller 20x40 post garages by hand and I am amazed at how fast and clean your installs look. Awesome Jon.
That was awesome, and with the mistake commentary. Can I ask, maybe the next one, can we see them do the pour? Or the completed project a year later (if your customers would allow)? I wonder if you do something like a 3 pole barn but with cement floor, insulation and a living quarters...aka inlaw suite :)
Wow you guys do an awesome job wish i could affor a bldg of this caliber...Sweet..
Great !! You and your team are great !!!! Nothing more need to be said
The whole works🤔🤔😷🤗 show from beginning to end 🥺🥺🥺 thnx stay safe 😷😷😷😷😎
Love watching your builds.
Beautiful work as always!
You guys are really good at what you do.
Sweet build man! I wish you could work in Florida. I need a building just like this. I’m a remodeling contractor, and I really appreciate the quality of your work!
Looks great as normal use guys are awesome tradesmen
Again, another job well done!!!
Since concrete gets stronger with a slower cure and a foundation is probably the most important part of a building it’s seems to me this projects was done at a perfect time.
Very nice. Try framing in Alberta and showing up to 18” of snow on your half framed roof in early May.
I used to build pole buildings for a contractor out of West Salem, WI. The best part was being the guy who got to put up the builder sign. There's no feeling like the pleasure of a job well done.
Beautiful! Wish I could get a building like that!
What's impressive is how he maneuvers that drone thru the framing. I cant even get a palm size drone from crashing as soon as I apply power to it.
thats because all the little cheap ones are horrible to try and fly, the DJI mavics have all sorts of fancy tech that make them very easy to fly.
Great video and explanation Kyle. Thank you for sharing.
One day I'd like you build me one in Tx
I like your honesty on the build!!
Amazing... congratulations for beautiful job!!!!
Another ten Star building.
Good job.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great work and excellent photography.
awesome build. would love to have one like that.
I would love to have a post frame home built in NC where I live. I love the detail you put into your buildings. You are the best.
I agree 100% using the JLGs over ladders.
You should remind people to hit the like button. Great content deserves a reward
Damn fine job sir. You've help this old hunting dog finish learning a new trick. Damn fine job!!!
Great work and explanation. Id love to have a shop built at the house here in Va by yall.
Still wish I could get you guys to come to Kansas
after watch you guys do a great job each and every time I still can't believe that people still ask you why you don't put insulation in ceiling also how did your bathroom project end up is it finished?
I will say you an your team is top notch work great job!!!
Kyle, Terry here. I'd be honored to have you guy's build us a post frame. Maybe someday, c-ya.
Great video as always. Just wondering how to these type of building fair in heavy wind, i'm assuming well ?
