Remove and Install - rear shock YZ250F 2014-2018

Check in the owner manual for the specific torque for the shock bolts.
Side panels in the video are Cycra, OEM side panels are slightly different.

YZ250F 2014-2018 and YZ450F 2014-2017 share similar frame and components so it should be the same procedure, but I never took off the rear shock from a 450F so I am not 100% sure

Used YZ250F 2016 rear shock that was rebuild and re-valve by Enduro Engineering for enduro riding.

On the 2009 you will need to loose the subframe+airbox to get the shock out, A little more work.
