I have a theory on how Slendrina escaped the book she was trapped in. In Granny 1.8,we need a book to wake/revive Slendrina's mom. And my theory is that when we placed the book(it also opened),all souls got released and one of them was Slendrina. Maybe when DVloper made Granny 3,he needed a reason for Slendrina to be in the game,so he made Granny Ch1 V1.8,In which we release her from the book. But Heyyyyyyyyyyyy! That's just a theory. Because in the alternate ending, we can see that Slendrina is behind Granny and she is holding the teddy. We freed her!!!! Granny used the book to capture Slendrina's mom instead and put Slendrina's soul into the teddy. Dude, I can't believe we freed Slendrina from her prison!!! From the curse.
In Granny 1.0, there was a bug that is sometimes present like when you drop items or obstacles, it won't make any noise, which was a strange bug but i believe it has something to do with the Noise Point Bug. But who knows 🤷♂️

She comes from the the end sign. Which could be that Granny did catch us even when we escaped which led to the continuation of the story(Granny chapter 2).
