She never got married. She never had kids, but she did have a career.
How will you live your life, or will you just be another statistic?

I am sorry your brother's fiancé has cancer. I hope she is surrounded by positive, encouraging, supportive friends and family that will help her see this through and overcome it. We cannot control what life puts us through physically and emotionally, but how we react is up to each one of us. We are in this life to learn lessons through all of our experiences; to become more empathetic, grateful, forgiving and loving toward God,, one another, and even ourself. The world seems to thrive on promoting egotism, division, fear of otherness, hatred and self-loathing. I was older than you when I started to follow Jesus' way and teachings on love and eternity. I hope something prompts you to seek this all encompassing, redeeming love. Keep seeking until you find it. Peace, Solomon
