    This guy managed not to give any advantages to his opponent, every time he meet a top 6 squad he managed to Secure atleast 1 point. That was masterclass. He knew exactly what to do in every single game. Chelsea didnt have the Best team ON the paper that season but Mourinho managed to get 110% of every single player. Never forget Costa and Fabregas partnership and ofc hazard. Most convincing title season without Being the Best team that season. TACtical masterclass. SPECIAL one for a reason

      I think Player for player we were the best Team in 15. The team was incredibly balanced. Hazard, Costa and Fabregas could create and score against anyone and Matic, Terry, Cahill, Azpi, Ivanovic were really solid. Dont forget players like Remy and Drogba from the bench, really good team full of strong leaders.

    • @AverageSean
      @AverageSean Před 9 lety +6

      Brandon Ewart It's called protecting your players, many managers throughout history (especially the great ones) do this in all sorts of ways. Fergie did this all through his career thats what made him such an incredible manager. Football is majority a mental game you see this with player forms. It is the managers job to keep players mentally ready the entire season. So Jose will always blame everything else apart from his players.

  • @robertdeniro19
    @robertdeniro19 Před 3 lety +3

    Too bad everyone needs to be compared to Alex Feguson. The conditions were ideal for a manager to have a long career and really run a football club from the front office to the back office when Ferguson entered. By the early 2000s ADHD and big money spending had infected club football. No manager in England since then has been offered stability at the football club. Things will get worse before they get better.
