My favorite breakfast is, 2 eggs scrambled with a dash of Turmeric and black pepper, an Avocado with some fresh fruit, blueberrys is my favorite And of course a class of unsweetened green tea.

I was having one cup of chocolate pudding with a banana for breakfast but, I'm sensitive to cow's milk.
I love the breakfast idea of simply scrambled eggs and home fries for an anti-inflammatory breakfast.

I just all my Organic plant's in my backyard super food MORINGA, add Broccoli, Carrot, Celery, Cilantro put some mix fruits I save in my freezer, Blueberries, Banana, Mango, Apples, delicious 😋

unsweetened orange juice is a natural fruit food source it has natural fruit sugars not refined white sugar its FINE its how nature intends us to eat! good grief....

Have an avocado. Good oils. Enough calories to keep you going for a while and no sugar rush. Stay off the dairy. Any dairy including yoghurt. It is not just the lactose but also the casein. And soy. No soy. No peanut. All these proteins are too difficult for your gut and cause inflammation.
Soy isn't inflammatory.

Stop all grains.
Eat vegetables, fruit, nuts, fish, lean meat, and use honey as a sweetener.
Lemon with water after meals, old school "digestivo" drinks - Frenet Branca, Cynar, Swedish Bitters, even Jagermiester, are good choices, too.
Finally, before your next trip you can purchase digestive enzymes to bring.

When making green tea don't boil just Luke warm, let sit for a while before using.
Green tea has to be brewed at a certain temp! about 5 mins from boil. get proper tea pot for making it. Get real japan green big leaf tea,
Right now i'm using Pomegranate juice made in a slow juicer and is 3 times more powerful than green tea! about 400mls each night plus green tea 500mls (sencha)
Instead of yogurt, I use KEFIR MILK - it is organic and it tastes just like yogurt but is a l000 times healthier for gut health!! By the way, it is about the same price. I use it in smoothies, just as a nice refreshing desert [with flaxseed and fresh/frozen fruit] and I bake with it too where the recipe calls for milk. It is thicker than milk, more like the consistency of yogurt and DELICIOUS. I highly recommend it. For those who are lactose intolerant, there is lactose free Kefir.

I have to keep away from sugar, #1, then low carbs like 50-70gms a day, have a higher amt of certain veggies and protein all meals (lite on beef; I love beef but can’t handle it much anymore.)
Smoothies too much sugar added and I can’t handle blah berries that usually are tart more than sweet. (And I use organic or natural veggies if possible) would)

As someone who struggles with eczema that smoothie would kill me... The biggest point to this video was increase lean protein consumption.... and watching the fork on the pan killed me... try all that and no citrus and nightshades... life gets a hell a lot boring...

Bj Day use a whey or a plant based protein. No binders, fillers or food dyes.
Eggs, egg whites, protein powder, no fat Greek yogurt are not high on carbs.....fresh fruit and sweet potatoes are nutrient dense and OK except if you are a diabetic 😎

Avoiding gluten and vegetable oils, gmo and hosed down with GLYPHOSATE seems to be what has caused psoriasis, asthma and other inflammatory responses in my life. Three and a half years ago I had to be hospitalized with diverticulitis with no food or water for five days on intravenous morphine and antibiotics. After 6-12 months on a strict diet regimen I seem to be healed/healing. I eat seeds nuts etc and I'm healthier now! Psoriasis almost gone so I assume my gut is better.

Really, doctor, one egg only contains 186 mg of cholesterol and for people with high cholesterol, heart disease and diabetes it is recommended to eat no more than 2 eggs a week. As for myself, I'm a vegan so I don't eat eggs: all the foods I eat are whole plant-based foods and they are all anti-inflammatory.

Plant based omiga 3s should never be cooked. I was crippled with arthritis years ago. No animal proteins. No refined food. Some hole grain. I am 72. No arthritis
