    My favorite breakfast is, 2 eggs scrambled with a dash of Turmeric and black pepper, an Avocado with some fresh fruit, blueberrys is my favorite And of course a class of unsweetened green tea.

    I was having one cup of chocolate pudding with a banana for breakfast but, I'm sensitive to cow's milk.
    I love the breakfast idea of simply scrambled eggs and home fries for an anti-inflammatory breakfast.
    Why didn't I think of that!

    I just all my Organic plant's in my backyard super food MORINGA, add Broccoli, Carrot, Celery, Cilantro put some mix fruits I save in my freezer, Blueberries, Banana, Mango, Apples, delicious 😋

      Hi use ginger should help with pain and cut milk for a while, remember inflammation cause pain eat foods that would not cause inflation

    Have an avocado. Good oils. Enough calories to keep you going for a while and no sugar rush. Stay off the dairy. Any dairy including yoghurt. It is not just the lactose but also the casein. And soy. No soy. No peanut. All these proteins are too difficult for your gut and cause inflammation.

    Is there anything you can take if you're on a cruise ship vacation and indulge in the gluten foods to keep the gluten from causing irritation in the colon?

      Stop all grains.
      Eat vegetables, fruit, nuts, fish, lean meat, and use honey as a sweetener.
      Lemon with water after meals, old school "digestivo" drinks - Frenet Branca, Cynar, Swedish Bitters, even Jagermiester, are good choices, too.
      Finally, before your next trip you can purchase digestive enzymes to bring.

    Instead of yogurt, I use KEFIR MILK - it is organic and it tastes just like yogurt but is a l000 times healthier for gut health!! By the way, it is about the same price. I use it in smoothies, just as a nice refreshing desert [with flaxseed and fresh/frozen fruit] and I bake with it too where the recipe calls for milk. It is thicker than milk, more like the consistency of yogurt and DELICIOUS. I highly recommend it. For those who are lactose intolerant, there is lactose free Kefir.

      There are several components to relieving pain naturally. One resource I found that succeeds in merging these is the Mackyns Nature Guard (check it out on google) definately the best plan that I've heard of. look at the super information .

    I have to keep away from sugar, #1, then low carbs like 50-70gms a day, have a higher amt of certain veggies and protein all meals (lite on beef; I love beef but can’t handle it much anymore.)
    Smoothies too much sugar added and I can’t handle blah berries that usually are tart more than sweet. (And I use organic or natural veggies if possible) would)

    As someone who struggles with eczema that smoothie would kill me... The biggest point to this video was increase lean protein consumption.... and watching the fork on the pan killed me... try all that and no citrus and nightshades... life gets a hell a lot boring...

      Avoiding gluten and vegetable oils, gmo and hosed down with GLYPHOSATE seems to be what has caused psoriasis, asthma and other inflammatory responses in my life. Three and a half years ago I had to be hospitalized with diverticulitis with no food or water for five days on intravenous morphine and antibiotics. After 6-12 months on a strict diet regimen I seem to be healed/healing. I eat seeds nuts etc and I'm healthier now! Psoriasis almost gone so I assume my gut is better.

      @@yeeri Most fruit is high in soluble fiber meaning low glycemic index. That means fruit does not cause a blood sugar spike. This gives the body more time to utilize the sugar that we need. Also when you put refined sugar in you mouth it turns acidic whereas raw sugars stay neutral. Acidity is a factor with most ailments we suffer from. Sugar is a major source of energy as well as a body building nutrient. Cartilage is the cushion on the end every bone in body. It's made out of sugar and sulfur protien. DNA is mostly sugar. Sugar is important in cellular comunication. So sugar is very important in the body. Our bodies can convert excess sugar into fat but cannot turn fat back into sugar. If you don't eat. Enough raw sugars to maintain normal blood sugars the body will get sugar by breaking down protien result high body acidity and a loss of muscle mass

      I try to get double the calories from carbs as from protien

    Really, doctor, one egg only contains 186 mg of cholesterol and for people with high cholesterol, heart disease and diabetes it is recommended to eat no more than 2 eggs a week. As for myself, I'm a vegan so I don't eat eggs: all the foods I eat are whole plant-based foods and they are all anti-inflammatory.

      @@stevenhair3250 eating eggs in never healthy. The egg industry cannot even elude to them being in any way healthful. Whether you are vegan or not, eggs are an awful choice. And the fact that they are the periods of chickens and exit the same place the feces and urine do...well, that in itself is enough for me.

      Drink fresh coconut juice for breakfast then after 2 hours eat fruits after 2 hours eat your lunch grains and vegetables after 2 hours- meryenda time eat coconut meat after 2 hours--dinner time eat vegetable salad or vegetable soup
      Try fasting it will heal your body
      No process food
      No sugar
      No meat
      No fast food
      No process juice like softdrinks/bottle juices

    Plant based omiga 3s should never be cooked. I was crippled with arthritis years ago. No animal proteins. No refined food. Some hole grain. I am 72. No arthritis
