  • This is my Nigerian twist to Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo .
    Ingredients
    Pasta-Linguine
    Cooking Cream (Brand used President)
    Black Pepper
    White Pepper
    Salt
    Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
    Parsely (Chopped)
    Vegetable oil
    Butter (Brand used President)
    Onion
    Garlic
    Chicken breasts (pan grilled) but I used chcken suya so i skipped that step
    Chicken Stock (Optional-it gives more flavour)

    Wow so happy how this came out!! I used everything (even added suya spice to the chicken breasts I had, perfect kick) you did EXCEPT i used kelp noodles instead of regular pasta. This is how you make this meal 100% keto/low carb. SO SO GOOD!

    This looks simple but reallyyyyy yummy! I have also never personally used cooking cream, eaten food with it outside but I definitely need to try this. Please, for us in Lagos, where is this suya from?? It looks superrrr juicy.

    Linguine is actually the cylindrical version of fettuccine. Fettuccine is the flat and slightly thicker pasta. Great recipe! But maybe for better info, it should be called linguine Alfredo.

    how are u cooking with chicken suya and you havent had a bite or more of it....you must be a super human....fried plantain and cooking with suya of any sort will not bring my legs out sha!!!...great vid
