Can only say thanks uv helped my physical health diet appitite mental health n brought b bk on track with the sweet science started with 4 rnds now 6month ago now doin a 45min circut n done most ur virtual pads at first felt strange n was over compiting uv a real great knowledge ur coaching style wld beat ur actual fight game uv learned alot from bn a 20odd yr old starter thanks and respect world need more use what bout a calzage virtuual pad or the suger baby leanord or any the fantastic 4 find it very helpfull to review the fighter in quistion plus sparring after practising differnt fighters styles thanks man😊

I'm recovering from a broken finger and a knee injury so I'll have to be patient in order to get back at it asap but I'm doing lots of things like speed ball, double end bag, also heavy bag but not the Mike Tyson style (too much ducking and shifting). Torture circuits are the best, lol! Good luck with your training ;-)

@@PrecisionBoxing I’ve definitely noticed after doing the canelo combo video so many times on the heavy bag . That constant power left hook and shovel hook would leave my back soreeee. So I added in 10 min of mobility training before and after when I do morning sessions !

Try jab, straight and left hook to the head roll under to the right so ur pretty much behind ur opponent then throw a left hook to the solar plexus and right hook to the liver, roll back under to the original position then throw a jab and get out of range
