Love how you can make any army style lore friendly. Stormcast eternals are the faction that got me back into the hobby and the more I learn about them the cooler they become to me. Great video appreciate you simplifying everything!
I love that your conclusion is reinforcing the concept of Your Dudes, which is one of the things I love about all the Warhammer universes so much. I don't play the tabletop but coming up with custom factions is so enjoyable.
Anvils next. They are the true heroes, and last remains of the old world.
Well some of them. Most of the Anvils are pulled from the dead heroes of the Mortal Realms themselves.

My vote is for the Stormblood Guard.
This Stormhost is comprised of War Veterans. I find that aspect interesting; especially when you consider that there is so much emphasis on reforged Zealots, Hunters, Mages, and scientists, but Actual Soldiers forming an entire Stormhost of Reforged Combat Veterans is completely "glossed over".
Probably because literally every stormcast is a soldier.
I’d love to see a deep dive into Hammer’s of Sigmar (mostly because my custom stormhost is so closely connected to them), but I’d like to see as deep of a dive as possible into the lesser known stormhosts too
I would like to see a video on the Celestial Warbringers. They apparently boast the largest Sacrosanct Chamber.

My favourite bunches of SC would be the extremis chambers (i just love the beasts that hang out with them) and the vanguard chambers. Though, i find it interesting that the previous battletome focused so heavily on the sacrosanct chamber being the guys who fight nagash and research ways to stop them degrading... and then have no updates on how that's going. No breakthroughs, nada

My vote for first host would have to be hammers of Sigmar (the poster boys). I think knights or anvils after that.

Nice I just got into AOS and just trying to learn more about the lore. Do you have a video of the individual units? Like what are liberators or annihilators. I know more about fantasy like empire reiksguard are elite or high elf sword masters of hoeth.

Gotta disagree on the restrictions, I think restrictions add flavour. If anything can be anything then you get very little difference. If everything is lore friendly then the lore doesn't matter really, it makes no difference. That said I am up for having a lot of room to play around with but at the end of the day, there's a reason to play stormcast and not orruks or orruks over stormcast - their differences (which are effectively restrictions) add to their uniqueness.
No. The many little differences in Space Marines, in models and in lore, is a nightmare to keep up with. Why can't Salamanders use heavy flamers, despite their lore being all FIRE AND THE FLAMES, while Blood Angels get free access to it? Keep that crap OUT of AoS!
If I wanted to start with square one for lore for Stormcast, the epic backstory, where would I look? Which book?
Maybe a werid question, but can SCE have romantic and sexual relationship with the other?
For sure, reforged many times they lose their emotions but before that?
And with the phisical relations the first question would be if they can take off their armour?
they take of their helmet so no reason why they cant remove the rest i think they are even mentioned as out of armour between battles in soul wars novel

@@WompaStompaCyn the “natural conception and birth” of an infant Stormcast Eternal could be a very interesting way to present an immunity to the “flaws of Reforging”. Since the child was born as an immortal, Nagash would not have any claim over their “soul” and they would also be an entirely new race, not born a human then transformed into a demi-god. Of course for lore and story telling reasons, these types of births would have to be extremely rare. At their coming of age, these new immortals would become “Lords/Ladies of Apotheosis” working along side the Six Smiths directly influencing the reforging process in order to better control the negative effects and manifestation of the “flaw” within older Stormcast. Just a quick thought I had in reference to the posted question. Lol. ⚡️FOR SIGMAR⚡️
Yes they can have both emotional and physical relationships with each other. These relationships are often the victim of the reforging process.
Stormcast armor is normal armor in terms of how they wear it, they even wear padded arming doublets underneath.

I play a Lord Castellant. My entire 2k army is built around him as a defender of a storm keep. Who needs big boss heroes when you can have one on foot? Lol

Yes! Ilike to do those when theres a gap in battletome releases so that I have time to read them.. but I'll make a bunch of posts and announcements about when that is!
