What I like is that in a way Orruks are actually the good guys in age of sigmar. They aren't there to rule, conquer or enslave. They're there just to smash things back to rubble, like a force of nature.
I really like the overgrown fungus theory with this idea since the orruks are just simply breaking down the weak resources or armies in order to build themselves stronger.
my favorite thing about Ironjawz is that they're effectively like the "new game plus" for Warhammer fantasy orcs. Black orcs, once the best of the best among greenskins of olde, are basically the chaff units in this faction as 'Ardboyz
We always see, Orks grow to fit their environment! And with all that wide open space in Ghur, and plenty of giant monsters to punch the shit out of, it's no wonder the Ironjawz would get even larger.

Unrelated but I hope we get a Tribes of Destruction army that's like cities of sigmar but consisting of bandit clans and nomadic raiders of the different mortal races, they'd essentially be the only mortal resistance to Order, other than Chaos I think it would just be really neat.
I actually really like the retcon(?) that ardboyz are just normal orruks training to become Ironjawz. It fits with their models more and answers the question "where did all the normal orruks go".
I feel like we’re lacking just normal boyz.
I like how in Broken Realms where Kragnos bitch smacks Gordrak and points at the city of Excelsis. The reaction of the Orks is Kragnos just proved he is the biggest and you know where he is going so lets tear down that city he’s pointing at.
Now now, Gordrakk didn’t get her bitch smacked, of I remember right he put up a proper fight against some weird jacked up demigod.

A bunch of Hulks hulking out. What's not to love? Just feel as if they need to emphasis a bit more on the Chaos influence. Love to see more Chaos equipment being essentially Orrukified and more beasties in their armies. The idea behind them seems to be total dominance and conquering Ghur, hence more beasties.

I couldn't imagine that Start Collecting! sets would be discontinued.
The set of Greenskins was very good. The history of the Orks in one box for many years. With the correct round bases!
What is not supported by the actual rules is not a problem for me. Legends are fine, and also I am convinced all the old fantasy miniatures are really Warhammer Age of Sigmar miniatures and they should have a place with the Mortal Realms!!!
Now that we have 3 factions for the Warclans I'm thinking that the best way to round them out is to bring back the classic Ork armies from Fantasy Battles.
Maybe a greenskins army consisting of Grotbag scuttlers, Gitmob grots, and a random Orruk side faction is in order.
So is the average non-ironjaw warboss bigger or smaller than a typical ironjaw brute?

I think ironjaws are my favorite part of the orcs. I like the bone splitters and the cruelboys seem OK but the iron Jaws is where it’s at. Just the idea of a bunch of super huge green dudes marching around punch and stuff

sorry i don't like the iron jaws they look like black orks mixed with space marines. i wish there was some update about the old world coming soon cause i'm much more interested in that world then AoS.
