The chocolate that you used i usually use for baking and melting, its cheap and tastes good in cakes but I agree the bar on its own tastes chalky and I agree with your cookie choices maryland cookies were the medium one and they're are just great

@@letstestlaurence That's just my preference. I'll take a nice soft fudge over something hard every time. I suppose I could just melt down any snappy chocolate I get and modify it with added ingredients to make it soft. Nougat, caramel, a little cream. That would probably result in something fudge-like 🤷‍♂️
