Ok lang po kahit d kana mag select nang seat mo ma'am. Random sit po sia if di ka pipili ng seat mo. But if gusto mo pumili ng seat meron po sia additional payment.

Ma'am hello, I'm worried po kasi nagbook ako but dun sa OTP na part submit lang ang lumabas and I haven't received any emails, e-receipt etc. so I don't know if nagcharge sya sa card ko. However, the time is still ticking dun sa app so I cancelled it and tsaka dumating yung cancellation for booking, although I've never received a confirmation about successful transaction nor any receipts, just booking cancellation without any price. Do you think nacharge po sya even without OTP or not? Thank you!
