We've heard the recordings! Amber is lying. All you have to do is apply logic. Her pictures do NOT show a person who has been "whaled on" with punches. Her feet and other parts of her body would have been completely cut up after that AUS incident.
I take exception to your last guest who seems to imply JD was the perpetrator. We have seen NO REAL evidence of abuse. If JD had hit her across the face, repeatedly, there would have been irrefutable evidence of that which NO makeup could cover! Ask yourself

The prior guest indicated the second expert witness was more credible when she had to rely on her notes the entire first day in court even though expert witnesses are not supposed to have their “own notes” but need to be shown to them by the lawyers

Amber clearly admits hitting him and where are the videos of her injuries? Or photos, because the ones she put out are not inline with the beatings she claimed to receive. She says he head butted her, he punched, hit, she would be in the ER, she’s not super human!! She could not have walked across all the broken glass in Australia yet be at dance rehearsal a couple of days later. Nope. I’m sure Johnny drinks/takes drugs and abuses himself, but not her and that’s what this case is about.

Was there video of her testimony in the UK? Because transcripts would not be able to capture anything except the transcript and so much of what made it so apparent she was lying here were her facial expressions, mannerisms, inflections, and body language. Additionally, from what I understand, much of her allegations were made only to the judge in private. Her biggest problem here was the fact she had to testify live, to a jury of peers, and that was her downfall. She tried to gaslight 7 strangers that had never met her before and they had no connection whatsoever that she could then manipulate.
@terribolton2323 yes, there entire deposition of Amber's released on CZcams and you will absolutely not believe the difference in Amber's demeanor. Know that amber was NOT a party in that trail, purely a witness. Her behavior and attitude in that deposition is beyond insane.

I think she realized that she was in for it with this trial AND she was obviously the defendant this time. She really backed herself into a corner with her lies. I think that’s why she doubled down and made up fresh allegations about rape for this new trial. She had to go all in or fold. She probably should have folded. I went through a similar case with a woman and she came after me with a frivolous lawsuit with bogus claims. She didn’t expect me to countersue. She was trying to intimidate me and so she wasn’t prepared for me to hit her back (so to speak). Around that time she must have realized that she F’d with the wrong person because she got quiet and the day if she practically begged me to drop my suit. She saw the mound of evidence I Elgar collected without her knowing, including private text messages to her friends where she spoke about faking everything. I bet you that Amber also attempted to settle out of court to save face and Johnny wasn’t having it since it wasn’t about the money. Same for me- because the lady I was suing was judgment proof. She was living off of welfare and you can’t collect welfare. So it wasn’t about the money for me either. It was about teaching her a lesson because I was her 17th frivolous lawsuit!! That was in 2016 and she hasn’t filed another lawsuit since. And I did win and funny enough I actually got my judgment a few years later when she came into an inheritance. Anyway- so I think that’s why Amber was an anxious mess on the stand. She knew she couldn’t explain the major discrepancies. She knew she was F’d and so she overplayed her hand and made it even worse!
During the “I didn’t punch you” recording, if she had had repeated events in which he hit her as she claimed, wouldn’t she be saying here “stop whining about being hit, look how many times you’ve hit me!”. But she doesn’t.
They just played an audio recording of Amber Heard admitting to Johnny that she was hitting him. Yet the Guest speaker guy Ari something says there is no proof of Domestic violence on either side. What??
What I see is a liar pretending to be a victim. I’m sorry the evidence shows me what needs to be seen. Her article was to further her career not to “speak out”. My heart sympathizes with victims survivors unfortunately my daughter is a survivor and I will always stand with them. I just don’t see it in this case

Funny how AH Lawyer never directly asked how JDs finger got chopped off and AH just made up some story that a 50 yr old man just decided to chop his own finger off who was in the middle of filming a movie over a girl.. This is not something grown men this age do. No chance.. Then also in the recordings shes demanding to dr kipper and deb lloyd that she staying there at the house with johnny and how she loves him and cant be without him... If all the horrid things she said happened to her she would have been demanding to get a flight back home and wanting to leave. It doesnt add up.. None of it. The fact that she said "it FELT like he was punching me" and "I wasn't sure if the bottle was broken"....you know when you are being punched and you sure as hell know when you are being SA-ed with a broken bottle. She didn't need medical assistance afterwards, by her own testimony, so that was the absolute end of her credibility and an insult to ALL abuse victims. All her "medical evidence" was HER own statements to her therapists. Not only was amber not credible, she flat-out lied in court, in Virginia, in the UK,as,well as Australia. I hope she truly has to suffer consequences for this because this is unacceptable. Is JD a Saint? Absolutely not but he owned up to his short comings. Amber never did, never does and never will. I'm glad this entire trail as live streamd on TV because the media STILL tries to spin the situation in HER favor. We ALL witnessed their demeanor, her testimony, their claims, their credibility or lack there of and we came to our conclusions. Amber even freaking quoted Rhianna's abuse, she quoted literal movie lines and used movie plots, the "baby in the microwave" thing was from another court case, totally unrelated to anyone involved, etc. So, yeah, amber was acting, and poorly at that....I rest my case.

What the hell is this guy talking about? How is it considered circumstantial evidence? There is no evidence he abused her in any way shape or form. They guy wanted to leave and she refused to let him go. He had every right to push past her and get out before she got violent. She is the one admitting she struck and more than once. That is her own words. There is nothing circumstantial about those statements. Zero evidence he abused her.
in a DV abuusive relationship it DOES matter who started it. a v1ctim doesn't start fights with an abuuser. the abuuser starts the fights. the abuuser chases. the abuuser stalks. the abuuser controls. the abuuser dominates (that's amber).
I understand not wanting to judge how a victim reacts to reliving a traumatic event, but let’s be VERY CLEAR about THIS; Amber Heard is TELLING stories, she is NOT reliving a realistic event that she experienced. Yes, that’s a mighty bold claim to make but let me explain. Me being a Survivor of DV/MST, I have empathy and sympathy for every woman AND man who has experience assault/abuse. However, when you are a Survivor of SA/DV/MST/etc, you can create a bond when someone is reliving their events, even inadvertently! She is ACTING! I have never in my life met another survivor of abuse to recollect their story, and change their tone/facial expressions that quick. Never seen us to fake tears, never seen us to not be able to fully explain, without hesitation. We can recount every little detail, without the theatrics she is portraying. Bc of her, her actions is HINDERING the voices of MEN AND WOMEN of abuse. Shame on you Amber, and shame on everyone who encourages this behavior 💯

@Nikki Scott, exactly! I too am a DV survivor and every abuse episode is burnt into my memory. It is something you do not have to hesitate to remember, but the memories are so hard to relive. DV survivors do not stumble over their words to try and remember with so much confusion. Our stories are all relatable and you can instantly see the devastation it leaves on a person. Physical beatings leave physical and mental bruises that cannot be disguised by makeup nor smiles. Tears are real and do not take dramatics to recreate. The physical and mental scars that are left behind are all too real. Amber has dishonored the true DV survivors.

When we relive these moments, we do not have to fake tears bc they automatically come, and often. Watching day 16, and she is already back tracking her statements! If she can’t recall the date and times of said events, but recalls every detail of the events, it sounds fishy to me.
ETA: if she can recall the minute details of instances not regarding the incident, I.e. the carpet being dirty, that is what is fishy to me 🤥

I’m not saying a victim has a certain look, but our bodies do naturally have certain reactions that are uncontrollable during certain situations. And it’s just not there.

The entertainment lawyers that come on this channel appear obnoxious. Listening to a criminal lawyer or family lawyer you hear such detailed observations. But entertainment lawyers just seem dismissive of the entire process.
People werent criticizing heard testimony cuz she was "crying". They criticized because on a base level most of us have a sense of what authenticity looks and feels like. What ever the jury decides based on limit evidence they are able to have , l think every single person who has experienced DV can see AH is lying. The last guest implied people may not not want to believe a high profile celeb , that has a gentle persona such as JD could be capable . She said she hopes the jury get's it right.

She continues to say she has evidence of abuse but nobody saw injuries, nobody saw him abuse her and all witnesses so far either saw her with marks when she was alone with out Johnny, or they didn't see them at all. She went to court with injuries when JD was out of town? So how was it possible he abused her?
Did she not think to verify when that makeup pallet came out? She has not been very good at lying, I believe the jury will see how deceitful she is and how much damage she has caused. Thank God he at least divorced her when he did, who knows what else she would have done to him and the people around him.

Her story of the assault was sssooo unbelievable. I’m sorry but she absolutely was acting. I’m a survivor of sexual abuse as a child. I reported it. We went to court and I was accused of willingly participating. That I liked it. I was 8 years old. It is disgusting how she has lied. It makes it more difficult on those that have actually been abused.

I can only speak for myself here... but when you are in a situation like that, and you are actually afraid of being abused... you do not provoke.....you try to get away from the situation...leave the room....not engaging convo further etc.... You may get pushed where you don't back down... but you do not provoke .... again this is my only speaking from my own experience, and from talking to people I know experiencing or who in the past experienced dv and sv.
She claimed he physically abused her almost every time they got into an argument but yet on recordings she is the one begging him to stop splitting when they fight because she wants him to stay and fight with her... WTF? A "victim" wouldn't get angry with their "abuser" and call them "a baby" because they wanted to leave an argument. Her story makes no sense whatsoever.
