One Costco “ready to eat” quick tip I love is the 3 lb cooked chicken breast. I like to chop it and repackage I to 2 cup portions to freeze or use for casseroles or dinners through the week🥰

I bought those crispy wings and yes I can confirm they are great! Air fryer is the way to go 😋
All of these products contain horrible ingredients. You said the chicken sausage is clean. It clearly lists "sugar" in the ingredients. The rest contain several artificial sweeteners, wheat, and cooking oils. You helped me SO much on the path to eat clean/keto meals and get healthy. Not sure what happened.

Ahahaha I was the same with the pre-packed chicken. Every visit to Costco was like, I should get this, but is expensive. One day I decided to get it and have repurchased it like 3 times already. The convenience and versatility of use makes it up for the prices

I do buy many of the low carb items at Costco. I’ve been buying the whole Chuck slab at the business Costco and breaking it down myself for steaks and cubed for a fajitas style. The last two time I went they were out of stock and I bought the chicken wings and have been cooking them in the air fryer. Easy and delicious.
I love those meatballs !! For a quick work-lunch I put frozen veg - meatballs and raos Mariana sauce and some cheese - just heat up a couple mins and boom 💥 a hearty work lunch that will sustain me till I get home

And there's so many more things you can get at Costco that's low carb as well! Nuts, and sweet treats. I like to have a low carb sweet treat on hand so when I'm having a craving I don't give into the bad stuff. Almond flour tortillas, I love the wings that are in the pre-made section that Costco makes in the aluminum containers. They are bomb!

@@dalia5378 Fresh Additions. It comes in mini packs (8) all connected together. I even have my 85 year old mother hooked.
Short rib sauce is 7 carbs per Tablespoon. That’s a very tiny amount so it’s actually not that low at all.
Don’t have a Costco where I live but do have Sam’s and Walmart.. Can you do ready made meals from one of these stores please.. love your videos. Keep them coming..

Amylu’s cranberry-jalapeño meatballs and their chicken and Gouda burgers are fan-freaking phenomenal! I think they’re seasonal though…😢
Lately I’ve been getting their Gyro precooked meat. A little sauce of sour cream, dill, cucumber and garlic with a little sautéed onion makes a great lunch in just ten minutes. If I can afford the extra calories/carbs, I’d put it on a low carb wrap.

The salmon burgers use vegetable oil. Some of the Kevin’s meals have MSG they aren’t all clean.
I have a low carb, low sodium lifestyle, all that has been chosen is high in sodium including the drink of 1000mgs. No can do.

My favorite LMNT flavor is watermelon! I was using too many on a daily basis. My Dr said I could only have a day .😢
I take an herbal tea bag (like watermelon or berry) and drop it in my water jug. Swish it around and add a drop or two of a sweetener. Helps me drink more water. It’s the salt in LMNT your doc likely doesn’t want you to drink too much of.

Could you possibly take care of us that need to limit our sodium content? I noticed that the meatballs and the wings are awesome but so so high in sodium that it really illuminates that food for me but if you could offer some suggestions of things from Costco that are low in sodium that would be so helpful.
