I think I might prefer getting a Mark III system & upgrade it , instead of possibly having to deal with the possible issues that could go wrong with a Mark IV system …

Very informative - How do you know which Disklavier offers the PRO Midi XS features? What do you look for - controller, model number? I understand they are only in C3 and larger pianos.

So how can clean the back row of the solenoids? Remove the whole rail?and how i can do so?

I have an U1 Mark 3 but the speakers are powered, the module in the piano does not have the amp.

Hi Russell, we have Yamaha Disklavier MX100II which couldn't power on. We suspected that power supply was faulty so open the top cover to access the control unit. However, we couldn't find the power supply. Can you please advise us where is the power supply and how to remove it? Thanking in advance

I just got one of these pianos as a gift for our church, but I just need to mic the piano to listen to it on the speaker system. My question is, how do I do this? I don’t need to play prerecorded music or anything, I just need the piano to sound on the church speakers. Anyone has a clue?

Can’t be done, parts are not compatible
