I have to agree with you! When I played this piano, I felt a softy, not loud sound. But when the Disklavier played like recorded in this video, seemed that the "pianist" was putting the fff in it! Was a loud and strong playing, but I think that it can be set on the Disklavier configs! Thanks for watching! God Bless You!

How do you get the music to play? Do you have to record yourself playing first and then it will play what you just did? Or is there music already set?
yes, you play it once and then the piano plays itself
