How To Make Mango Bread 🥭🍞 | Ripe mangoes from Hawaii are best

This is a recipe that is so popular in Hawaii. Our ripe mangoes there are juicy and each variety has a different taste. Usually bread is made from the Hayden, Pirie, Chinese or Common varieties. Here in Vegas we only have access to the Mexican type, which is beautiful and firm but lacks juice and taste. However, it works for mango bread. When one is homesick for local Hawaiian dessert, the Mexican mango works.

I had found a mango bread recipe in a magazine last year and everyone loved it! But when I cleaned the magazines out I had forgotten to remove the recipe. I am so excited to have found your recipe it is very very close to the recipe I had.
    It delicious 🙌🏽
Thank you and God Bless! ❤️
