Once a witness is sworn in, no one can have any conversation with that witness until he has completed his testimony and been excused. The defense attorneys are making the right points and preserving the record for appellate review (and possible ethics complaints).

Replay. My question is what is the prosecutor hiding,and why is the judge trying to find out who told? The professional rules for prosecutors say that our first duty is to seek justice. The judge is to remain impartial. The fact they are having closed door conversations with a witness without the defense present is highly improper. This will be the subject of some ethics trainings across the country.
Any time the judge's impartiality is questioned (appearance of inpropriety), and there is some support (building the record), then the judge should recuse himself. Point blank period.
He seems very used to whatever he says goes Dee Gee. 💯
To me, that judge sounds a lot like Marsau.
This seems to be some kind of trend just because they get a little power and a little position you want to abuse that power instead of helping your people why are you doing that?
Judge Granville has been recused now.
