I have learned how to make whipped cream from chickpeas so she isn’t left out on the holidays. And always diligent about chocolate, and read all labels that I purchase Incase she may in-jest. We don’t have to completely go vegan but I’m very careful when it comes to her. It should be creamy when in a block and can be very sticky. crumbled will be a little dryer but it still should melt in your mouth and have a creamy consistency. Your walmart cheese sounds like it was expired, if possible get your cheese from local or reputable stores.
