Nicolas - Absolutely fabulous information with so much information and inspiration. I've approached a local artisanal cafe with a reading room, in my local Market Town, with the idea of promoting their business and raising awareness of my Dog Photography business - Possibly quarterly shoots with dogs on slow days...images of the dogs, stories and the food available. Printing was about 6€/ea when ordering bulk and I'm selling them for 12€. In retrospect, I should've probably sold them for more and then invested more in marketing

Depends a lot on where your are. I'd say ask around and get multiple offers, the prices I got when making the magazines ranged anywhere from 5€/ea to 25€ and even many of the cheaper options had good quality

No but I ship it in cardboard (not paper) sleeves. I'd rather take the risk of one needing to be replaced occasionally than to produce plastic waste. It has never happened so far (depends on how caring your countries post is though)
