E is wrong, it was not a prop gun, it was a real gun being used as a prop gun.
Lots of people do stuff, and don't mean it,go prison! Prison is full of people that had a accident, someone got hurt,or died!!!Life's not always fair, sometimes ur money isn't worth someone losing their life!!! At the end of the day,,,, we all mess up!!! Sad....Idk???

The whole case is bogus. No one's ever been found guilty of accidental shooting's in Hollywood. He's not to blame for the bullet being in the gun and he's not to blame for her death. Executive producers on movies have nothing to do with weapons management on set. Even if he had pulled the trigger, he's not obligated (by Hollywood standards) to check the gun for real ammunition. Ridiculous, bogus case.
@@mr.kilroy6818 How was he to know it had a live round in it? The armorer (who was convicted) was responsible for insuring it was loaded with dummy rounds, not even blanks. I'm sorry, I just don't see how he could be blamed.
Yes, he should be charged for this. At the minimum. (A wife, a mother, a friend *Dyed.)

Someone hands you a firearm, it is your responsibility to check if it's loaded.
