Games where players keep a deal they regret rather than breaking their word is always A+ for the integrity alone.
He didn’t win, but the Wilhelt deck really felt like the bully on the board, so I’m happy that my favorite commander was well represented.
I mean, the tiny bones deck was scary. They had to make a deal to get rid of him. Strong commander

that Wilhelt deck looks super good the I recommend changing the distant melody for a kindred discovery

I love that Riku deck, it looks so fun. The Wilhelt zombie deck also looks fun to pilot. Galea looks like an interesting mix of voltron and enchantress. TinyBones is cute, but i can't quite tell if its too annoying of a matchup 😂😂 - Just starting to get back into EDH with my playgroup, excited to get my Baldurs Gate precons in the mail next week 🥰🥰

Galea definitely could have used some unblockable like aqueous form or infiltrators magemark. To get through those last points of dmg towards the end.

I always wondered what kind of person plays a discard deck...easy..... the same kind of player that puts tergrid in there deck lol
Why Wilhelt player didnt reanimate Gary???
He was at 9 life. Reanimating Gary at 5 cmc would take him down to 4 which you hear in the narration from discarding cards due to casting reanimate taking him to zero. The cast triggers would resolve first before reanimate and then reanimate would bringing in gary but gary would etb after the loss of life effect on animate making him die before gaining the life from gary.
Could also be he had to take the line to be able to kill logan since the card he reanimated to then sac and create two copies of gave all his zombies 2x lord effects since he did have high market untapped now that I looked back to be able to gain one life for the gary reanimate play.
As someone who watched this video exclusively for the tinybones, it sucks he was the first to go and didn't really get to do what his deck does best

Sakashima of a Thousand Faces makes it so the legend rule doesn't affect your permanents
