WHY WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH…
We suffered from high-functioning loneliness and depression our whole lives. We lived different lives in different states, but when we met, we realized we were struggling with common issues that reflected an important problem in our young adult generation. We didn’t know who we were, what we were passionate about, what we should live for, and what direction our lives were “supposed” to go. We spent a lot of time wandering in search of that magical ‘answer’ that will solve all problems (like I’m sure most of you are doing right now), and yet the further we searched outside, the more pronounced the emptiness inside of us felt.
Millions of people suffer silently from mental health related issues. Yet our society still places taboos around openly talking about relevant mental health topics like loneliness, depression, and anxiety. As a result, our young adults don’t know how to talk about it constructively, where to turn to, or what resources they have to combat this real-life threat to their wellbeing.
We credit Brain Education for giving us the courage to overcome our own mental health struggles and create the lives we want...and now we hope you can too through the videos we share on this channel.

Discovering body education and your movement videos is the best thing that happened. At a loss for a long time with my asthma etc and I find this is what helps me. I didn't have phone data for a while but now am back to doing these exercises last week I did the shoulder neck face legs chest exercises and I was so cold. Just now I feel warm and invigorated at 5.30am and this heart meridian has helped my left leg pain!! Thank you so much. They are so gentle but so powerful and free of ego. Am eternally grateful 🤲

This makes sense to me because just before I fell terribly ill, I had a heartbreak and I got this feeling of electricity going down my left arm towards my pinky. I remember at the beginning of the illness I had a SCIO scan done with a homeopath and she showed me that all my chakras were in alignment and open except the heart which had gone way out of balance. I am still struggling a bit after 3 years but at least I don't feel like I am fighting for my life every day. I can definitely feel more blood flow to the heart and a loosening up around the area which is great, and I am very grateful that you are willing to share this knowledge with us so we can all heal. How’s your acupuncture going, I want to start it for sympathetic nervous system dominance which I believe is causing my occasional afib that happens when I lay down to sleep, I don’t know how to sleep anymore, also developed trigger points in trapezius, and insomnia can acupuncture help me?

Can you do one that releases the cranial nerves? These are really important because someone under stress will stay stressed until those are released. Prolonged tightness in that area not only keeps blood flowing to the brain but it also deforms the cranium and people end up with memory loss, lack of motivation, lack sleep, etc......
